Anyway that burn in isn't severe and it's only slightly visible on white screen. Check your S7, chance is you have it too. Probably every OLED screen have that problem after some time and depending on usage.

I bought the OPPO Find X2 Pro instead of the Note 20 Ultra because of the Exynos chip scam. I also saved a considerable amount of money and currently have no reason to complain about the X2 Pro performance, or have any regrets over my decision to avoid Samsung phones for as long as they choose to treat the rest of the world like second class citizens.
Before complaining about the Exynos 990, I suggest you should own one first. Yes it is a step down vs the SD 865/865+ but for an average user who only does casual gaming and media content consumption, it works great. It is just sad to know that Samsung has a better chipset at the same price on other markets, hope they can fix this in 2 years or so...got the N20 Ultra 5G Exynos Variant coming from a Note 5 and so far it works pretty well. I am from India, got the Note 20 Ultra from the US @ 1400 $ , especially for the Snapdragon. I was particularly delighted for my choice till I realised the Note 20 Ultra from the US supports only single sim and even e-sim cannot be used (unlike the Indian version which has dual hybrid sim tray option and also the e-sim). This is really a deal breaker for folks like me who have to use 2 numbers ( people from India understand the significance of 2 networks) . I guess Samsung disabled this feature just to make sure even the Snapdragon buyers would be discontent. I cannot send back the product and ended up carrying two phones, which is really a hassle.
It might get close but matching up is a little too much to expect. Atleast they got rid of those faulty Mongoose cores and if ARM worked for Qualcomm it will definitely work for Exynos. It might only please the crowd that want a stable processor which is better than Exynos 990. It has promised a speed boost over the E990 but it should be closer to the SD 875. Also SD 865 and 865+ were pretty snappy. So if it can outperform those chipsets it would be up there with the fastest processors at that time. S20 had a lot if cool features so even if they focus on fixing those features to work flawlessly it might work in their favour because when the S20 hit the market and reviews were conducted on the device most reviewers termed these features as gimmicks.

I have the Exynos version and I haven't noticed any issues with performance whatsoever. Also, in the UK we get 256GB storage for the N20U, whereas the snapdragon version only gets 128GB. I would rather have extra storage than 15% extra performance. I'm not taking anything away from the Snapdragon chip, it is superior after all!

Both Pubg and COD will get optimise in near future to 60fps for exynos 990 (maybe not Adreno level of consistency but option will be there) as same was happened to my S10+ within 2-3 month of its launch and now I can play HDR + extreme on my phone.

My guess is that the snapdragon/adreno chipset improved markedly , but the 990 exynos/mali chipset hardly improved from last year except for perhaps the extra ram . Very disappointing !

It is quite clear to everyone (including the top ppl of Samsung) that Snapdragon is better in every way, simply superior to Exynos. But, there won't be any changes, not in terms of giving SD to international market - no way. Believe me, this will not happen, ever. Samsung would loose a LOT of money if it did, so... Like i said, no way! Sammy knows that SD is better in general, but big differences are seen mostly in niche benchmarks like video encoding/decoding and similar. I mean, what percentage of ppl do that kind of stuff on their phone? Probbably less than 1% of all users. Other diferences are pretty small for an average person to notice (unfortunatelly) and not a lot of ppl watch these kinds of tech videos where they could learn that Samsung is cheating on them... Only chance we have of this shitty situation changing is to wait until Sammy decides to include an AMD Gpu in their future Exynos 1000 chip, and that will not happen before 2022.

It's good that this conversation is happening. Many tech tubers have picked up on this injustice that is happening. More and more customers are informed It will put pressure on Samsung to correct its ways. Or so I hope. This just shows how needed Huawei was to balance things for us customers.

Samsung phones have single mipi lane to display circuit,one plus phones have dual circuit,looks like Samsung made lot of these components before making phones and so now they are using it in their note phones too otherwise Samsung sells one plus and oppo their 120hz qhd

I live in Europe and I really want the snap 865 on a Samsung phone. It was such great news that the S20 FE 5g is going for snapdragon around the globe and 4g version will have exynos. Going for the S20 FE 5G ✌

It is quite clear to everyone (including the top ppl of Samsung) that Snapdragon is better in every way, simply superior to Exynos. But, there won't be any changes, not in terms of giving SD to international market - no way. Believe me, this will not happen, ever. Samsung would loose a LOT of money if it did, so... Like i said, no way! Sammy knows that SD is better in general, but big differences are seen mostly in niche benchmarks like video encoding/decoding and similar. I mean, what percentage of ppl do that kind of stuff on their phone? Probbably less than 1% of all users. Other diferences are pretty small for an average person to notice (unfortunatelly) and not a lot of ppl watch these kinds of tech videos where they could learn that Samsung is cheating on them... Only chance we have of this shitty situation changing is to wait until Sammy decides to include an AMD Gpu in their future Exynos 1000 chip, and that will not happen before 2022.

Thanks for this video.. this really helps the users who wants to buy Note20 ultra. Qualcomm is definitely a better option anyways.. exynos can't compete Qualcomm and Samsung should at least accept that and should use qualcomm in premium phone segments.

It's good that this conversation is happening. Many tech tubers have picked up on this injustice that is happening. More and more customers are informed It will put pressure on Samsung to correct its ways. Or so I hope. This just shows how needed Huawei was to balance things for us customers.

My Note 20 Ultra Exynos is going back. The throttling and reduction in brightness, along with poor battery life is unacceptable when you know other regions get a superior product.
Great job man. Glad I own the SD865+ model. I'd be PISSED if I ended up with the Exynos model. Matter of fact, I'd return it for a refund.

Great video. But it would be better if the title was "Snapdragon vs Exynos" instead of "Qualcomm vs Exynos" . Snapdragon is the name of the processor, Qualcomm is the manufacturer.
