After having a fire in my 57 Chevy, a complete new 21 circuit wiring harness was one of the very best modfications i did to my car! I have owned it now for 18 years!!
I like how you lay the wiring out and get it running first then you re-route everything and make it look better. Nothing worse than shortening a wire and then you reroute and have to extend it.
She's alive ! Good vibrations ! May have to put those white rimmed tires on for a smoke show . Those studded snows are hell on concrete ! She sounds a bit "snotty" ! Or is it "snaughty" ? Whatever , it does sound good ! Nice to already have a tune on it , makes life a bit easier than a 1st time set up . I wasn't sure I liked the dialed down look of the body when you 1st showed it . But it grew on me , & I think it goes well with the dialed up powertrain !
Sounds like just the right level of gnarly. It’ll be awesome to hear those pipes barkin’ while it’s sideways in the snow! (Insert diabolical laugh here)
i am an old ford guy , i have had a few chevys and 2 mopars. right now my rides are 1969 mustang fb, 2008 crown vic police car, 1993 s-10 4wd, 1981 honda cb900 custom. since i have subbed to your channel i am liking chevys more. if it was possible i would give 2 thumbs up on the black widow, i always liked the 57 chevy. the 65 impala was a nice looking ride too.
Hey the 150 Chevrolet was built to be a race car, no extra anything, just bare bones with an attitude that is still there when you look at one. Nice job D/D Speed Shop Let the burn outs begin has the look of Yesterday's Chevrolet..
Absolutely love the Black Widow. Fun to watch you work, but try not to set your hair on fire again. Thanks Dan for your hard work and showing us not to be afraid of tackling these projects.
Dan you are so good with the wiring , that stuff drove me crazy !! My Stepdad worked with a guy that did electrical at Lonestar Cadillac and anytime i had anything other than wiring a radio i called him .
Great to have a proven running setup for a swap. Not to discount all of the work and upgrades, but it sure beats finding and troubleshooting issues of a true “new” swap.
She sounds great. Im jealous lol my first start the other day was a gong show lol. Even got it on film in my latest vid. You make electrical work seem so easy. Im onto that now and the only things that work are the headlights. Gotta love the classic car issues lol.
After all that wiring and mechanical work, what a great feeling to have it start right up and run! Sounds perfectly nasty, Dan! What a fun driver this'll be.
Sounds good, to much wiring for me glad you know what you're doing. On your live chat you talked about El Camino, your not afraid to cut one up like to see you try to build one.
awesome video mate, great job getting it done. yeah having the tires off can be a problem with space and moving around but that should be solved as i have heard you might be gettign that place with that big garage with 19 car space or such
THAT is exactly how a 50s crusier should sound! A win right there!!! Think that's what Dannie's car really needed was just longer tailpipes. So you chose to powdercoat the snow wheels, black? I might have done them in white to match the theme. Coming along GREAT, cant wait to see it in action!

The black widow is freaking cool. Nice job with her Dan!
I love how Danni jumped back a wee bit when you revved up the engine.
From a rusty hulk to an older car with modern power. You certainly put the right LS engine in it. That is going to be one hell of a street car.
Yep...best part is watching you having fun...seriously...thanks
"It wasn't recording" Now that was funny! Great to hear it run. Keep up the good work!
Sounds amazing, she ready to drag race
Thanks You Two---for showing Us Noobs the tedious job of a Painless kit to let us know what were up against when its time for ours to be done.
Awesome Dan!😀
Edit
Hey Dannie🙂
Always look forward to Queen D's behind the camera comments. Priceless
Dani, be nice. Dan was being SAFETY FIRST. You two are Awesome!!

I never knew Dani had a mean side like that, she's always so sweet, and that evil laugh, OOOHHHHH
Sounds like just the right level of gnarly.
It’ll be awesome to hear those pipes barkin’ while it’s sideways in the snow! (Insert diabolical laugh here)

Great to have a proven running setup for a swap. Not to discount all of the work and upgrades, but it sure beats finding and troubleshooting issues of a true “new” swap.

Sounds good ... see you’re rocking the Canadian Tuxedo
Lets go Brandon!

@Clint Beastwood ok, enough. This is our oasis from that, please?
Agreed, but unfortunately, there is no oasis. Car culture is on the list.
@@labrd41 does your car burn fuel? I rest my case.

Dan you broke my windows...and I'm in South Africa 😃

After all that wiring and mechanical work, what a great feeling to have it start right up and run! Sounds perfectly nasty, Dan! What a fun driver this'll be.
The 4 people who turned it down, shame on them. American car lives again!
Nice rumble - I had a couple of trucks with the 5.3l engine and am a fan in general of the LS engines. Good stuff!

The only LS I've ever worked on. Was in a 2017 Chevy truck . You've got more room there than it does. from what I can see

Loud pipes do save lives!

Awsome work Dan, my favorite of your tri fives so far
Dan; wiring is simple stuff.
Me; pulling my hair out and being carted off in a straight jacket.

Cool car. Oh the dreaded wiring
Sounds really good man, put the white wheels on the rear for the first drive, lol we really need a good burnout, great work man
Man that 6.0 sounds great! Hope you go LS on both camaros.
