Thanks guys. I bought those red rubber threaders based on this video and they were awesome. Really made sure I didn’t cross thread anything going back in on my 2006 Escalade.
after a few hours trying to remove spark plug cilinder #8 I discovered that easily removing coil 6 and 8 will give you more than enought room to even use both hands into there 😂😂

Changed spark plugs and ignition coils. THAT LAST PASSENGER SIDE IS EXTREMELY HARD TO GET TO.. TAKES TIME AND PATIENCE.. TOOK ME AN HOUR JUST TO GET THAT ONE OFF.!! PRAY BEFORE U DO THAT ONE.

Last spurkplug i did from the bottom. I lift up the front and go under it it was much easier then from the top.

Did you end up pulling the tire off too or no?
@aaronrodden8121 that's what I normally do on these. When I change the plugs I'm usually changing the oil so the truck is already jacked up.
So is it much easier then to just jack it up and do it from bottom because I have big hands 😂

It's better to complete one at a time to check angle to get plugs in and get a large channel locks to pry it's a lot easier

U been at it for a hour to get that back one it's not easy
Yeah it's a litte bit of a pain to get at that spark plug.
I wish it only had taken me an hour. Kicked my butt.
I like to see that big boy get on top of that tahoe's engine that's exactly what i had to do, make sure to give it a couple of kisses.
