I've done these exercises every time I go skating. Now I start taking arm movements and concentrate in doing those edges seriously (but smiling). Thank you, Stacy and Mitch for being so warm and joyful.

I just tried those exercises today in my warm up and I loved it! It really is a wonderful mix of edges and movements and the arms were eye opening! I guess I have to work more on it - I neglect it oftentimes.
I would also love another video of this one! Maybe some intermediate exercises, too. Or even different beginner exercises from these ones. This was SO GOOD to work with! Thank you! ❤

I can do all those, but I keep my arms level. It's good to see the different arm movements. Thanks for sharing. Yes I agree, most important to finish all your moves, spins and jumps 😊.

I love these workouts that you post! I’ve started incorporating some of them (from this video and some of your other ones) and they’re so much fun and I feel like my edges are definitely improving! Would love to see more of these please!

Do you have some exercises for backward edges, e.g. in preparation for an axel?

Is exercise 3 the same as Russian stroking? Or is there a difference I am missing
