Which one would you recommend for a downhill longboarder, snowboarder and someone that would use it on the occasional vacation with hiking trips? I'm not very comfortable doing any action sports with the selfie stick in my hand, but I would put it on my helmets and maybe use the selfie stick for the hiking trips. Battery life is my most important priority. Cheers!
If you’re not looking to do 360 footage all the time, then I’ll recommend the One Rs twin edition. With that you can do 360 footage and GoPro 4k footage If you’re looking to do only 360, then go for the X3. It has better quality in 360 than the One Rs, and you don’t need to be changing components Now if you’re looking for only GoPro footage, insta360 Ace Pro, which is better than GoPro but you won’t be able to do 360 degree footage
X3 is waterproof. Used mine for kayak fishing, because it captures everything, then you can reframe to where the action is. ONLY issue is I've have had 3 fail. When it works, awesome.
Hello, I have a question related to 360 photos. I own insta360 1 inch and I keep taking good quality images and post the in Google as 360 photo. What confused me is the post quality is not that good, although there are other 360 photos posted in Google with outstanding quality. Do you know what is the issue...
Make sure you are filming on max resolution for video when filming. (6k) edit using the PC software, not the phone version. It has extra stuff when MANUALLY exporti g that increase the quality of output (resolution again and also bit rate). Crank em up but it increases the file size of course.
Probably the X3 coz most people watch youtube on their phones and won't notice that slight resolution difference with the RS or 1 inch. Also it would be a lot lighter, bigger screen, can easily replace the battery and it is waterproof (but can't been gopro or DJI for underwater scenes).
I would say either the ONE RS or X3. The 1-inch is a little too heavy and fragile for something like snowboarding. X3 if you want a full 360 camera. ONE RS if you want the best of both worlds with a traditional action cam.
Wanting to pull the trigger on the X3 but I’ve heard to many stories of how sensitive the lenses are. I’ve been with GoPro for years and never had to worry about scratching a lenses but I’ve heard these scratch super easy and hard to replace. Also they aren’t much help even with the warranty/care they offer. Anyone have any input on this?
X3 is a great camera - EXCEPT, the firmware seems really weak. I've now had 1 die completely and 2 have error where it can't find SD card (2 failed same day, 1 was brand new). Where I live in New Zealand, that means sending them to Hongkong at my expense. Really love the camera, when it works. Problem is having them keep working. Always treated carefully, it's a firmware problem.
Insta360 does not even provide support for the one rs 1 inch 360 camera. I got the camera 8 months ago and they do not even sell extra batteries anymore. If your battery dies your camera dies. Fact check me. I own 6 of their cameras. If they do not support their product line with batteries, they market on a predatory basis.
Which of these 3 cameras do you think looks the best? 🤔
X3. The convenience of it just makes it the winner. Plus it's so much cheaper than the other one
im waiting for the 1 inch v2 lets see what they can improve id want 8k video for sure and alonger battery life
Is insta 360 x2 is really not good??
I think Insta360 ONE RS 1-Inch the best because of low light performance, I am sure it will be also better at average room lighting.
Which is best cam for motorcycle and traveller video for reels. not for vlogging

Wondering the same

If there is water involved or action with the potential of falling or dropping the camera, then the x3 for sure
To fishing and walking witch one so you recommend?

would you recommend the Insta 360 RS over the X3 if the rs was cheaper and I recently broke my go pro
I think RS it's much cheaper if you purchased the stand alone "kit".
That one only includes the default lens. No 360 lens.
I liked your video but you forgot to talk about water resistance.

Question: if were posting you to TH-cam would the x3 quality be acceptable?

Only one those were water proof right?

All of them are great cameras. Which one you get should depend on what you’re going to be shooting and how you’re going to be using it most

Batteries needs to have a break through
i dont like the fish eye look of the videos!!
you can reframe that out - these shine for capture everything, then decide what to show. there is a natural viewpoint in the software.
Take a breath!!!
i want to see more gaming tech and mobile tech videos! Less camera stuff.
