@@mqrlors compared to outlaws. I looked into it again because of this comment and the low resolution is tough and gameplay is repetitive but story and overall it's the much better game. Outlaws has dog shit story, characters, gameplay mechanics with fee exceptions ( speeder). The stealth is a complete joke, the blaster is a joke, the ki is worse than in ac2 ...etc. outlaws is just an incredible uninspired woke pile of trash. AC 2 is mediocre at best nowadays but that's still better
Ocean wide, puddle deep when it comes to actual gameplay design with UBI. It's blasphemous that internally, they were refering to this as 'red dead star wars'. A single npc in red dead 2 has more detail and dynamism than most of the gameplay systems in outlaws.
A few things I didn't hear in this video and frustrated me throughout the game 1. Bugs. I had the game crash on me or freeze on me several times. I can't tell what's causing it. 2. Some areas and collision detection is way off. Immersive braking as Kay gets stuck in bushes and rocks. 3. The whole thing about how I can only climb or walk where it is allowed and cannot climb where I am not. Imagine a pile or rocks almost forming a stairs up and the game won't allow to climb it. This is so 1990s. 4. "Get back to the playing area 5..4...3..2..1"... Are you kidding me? Why am I constrained into a box? Even in space, I just happened to boost away in a direction and the countdown begun. Another 1990 thing. 5. Speeder is horrible to handle. Having only full gas or off is bad, no gradual throttle control, not to mention the terrible controls, I had to turn off the mouse. Maybe works for you guys on the console, but with mouse and keyboard, the controls had to be adjusted immediately. Whoever designed it has never designed vehicles in games. 6. The game needs patches badly. I know the game isn't the best thing since sliced bread, but please at least start patching it up. People who are barely hanging on like me, who are major Star Wars geeks, we are getting turned off by the game breaking bugs. 7. Dropping the weapon if I do something other than shooting, this doesn't look like a game feature, it's almost like this game wasn't finished. That would also explain that there are several places on the maps that looks like designed to have something , like big doors or hidden caves and yet it's inaccessible.
the game is simply too big of a scope... I don't know what motivated these high level CEO to create something ambitious without a meaning to an end... They can simply create a boxed game, with unique mechanic, no need for cutting edge graphic, packed with 13hrs story, end withba cliffhanger, and call it a day. Instead, they create a self destructive project because they aimlessly aim for sheer size.
They could’ve made her not being able to knockout stormtroopers a thing, later expanding upon it by giving her the ability too with some type of melee stun tool
First proper open world Star Wars game? Really? I guess I imagined Star Wars Galaxies and The Old Republic, which I apparently didn't play for years upon years each.
The weirdest design decision regarding stealth in Outlaws is that you can do stealth takedowns, but you can not hide the body - and enemies react if they see one....
Just need one open world with one good map/planet. InFamous or Spider-Man Or God forbid …RDR. You crash land. Create a Jedi or Sith. Spend the rest of the game fixing your ship. Deal with the politics of that planet however you wish. (You have complete autonomy) And once you fix your ship. …Game over. Choose your ending. (Jedi or Sith)
If you're gonna have an enforced stealth section, at least have it so that I could theoretically finish it after being spotted. The Yiga hideout in Breath of the Wild does this. If you get spotted, you'll die from one hit. But if you manage to take out all of the enemies without taking any damage, you can still complete the section.
Sad but true. I looked forward to this game. Really thought it would be great, and even preordered it (first and last time I’ll ever preorder any game). But from the get go, once I got to Toshara… and drove around Toshara… and couldn’t leave Toshara… and had to go back yet again to sneak in and get some data pad in that same imperial base on Toshara… I became bored and frustrated with this game. Once I could leave Toshara, it was already too late. The game was dead to me, a boring slog till the end. Uninstalled as soon as I completed the main story, never to be played again. Lesson learned.
@@youtubeanalyst-l3z question is what would have been your perfect version of Star Wars Outlaws ? I’m trying to find someone talking about what fans / commentators actually wanted the game to be rather than endlessly critique what we got
@@adroninggoodtime Excellent comment my friend , personally I luv it as it is I understand what they were aiming at , criticisms or improvements from me ... more fluid movement , better HUD as you can't see the icons a lot of the time when the screens too bright other than that I think it's bloody fantastic oh and a crash course in Sabbac lol ... other Star Wars games are very samey this is a bit different , what would you wish for?
@@youtubeanalyst-l3z personally if I was in charge of making an open world Star Wars game that I wanted to sell a lot of copies and be loved by fans I would have polled a lot of gamers and gaming channels to ask exactly what they want, I would have used all locations that fans were familiar with at least, e.g. Endor, Naboo, Hoth etc tried to do most locations fans are familiar with, personally I would have made the main character a Jedi or Han Solo depending on what fans would prefer
@@adroninggoodtime I appreciate that but your totally missing the point , it's not meant to be another boring Star Wars clone it's something different within the Star Wars universe , the planets are really interesting places and the gameplay is very involving , it seems to me that a lot of people have just listened to the bad press on it and not actually tried it , perhaps the reason is the ridiculously high price combined with the bad vibes from ubisoft and biased hate from creators and as you quite rightly say the expectation of it being another Hans Solo adventure... I am loving every minute of it , I think it's fantastic ! seriously 😉
The only good thing Massive are good at is creating beautiful looking environments but that's pretty much it. They can't add nothing to them, they're just beautifully bland and boring.
Why do they think this is what Star Wars gamers want? There was once a time when the likes of Free Radical Designs Battlefront 3, First Assault, and 1313 were the vision. Gritty darker tone games that seem to have vanished. Would love a Star Wars game where you can be whatever you want. Endless character customization, you want to be a Jedi, start your training in Coruscant. You want to be a clone trooper? Choose which battalion/legion or if you want to be an arc or commando. Or a ruthless bounty hunter.. just a game that has it all Vehicle mechanics like Battlefront 2004 where you can just enter any ship on the ground and take off without a cutscene of any kind like how Fallen Order/Survivor handle the Mantis. I want full control damnit
I appreciate the review man. Still I’m going to pass. I was hoping to create my own character or maybe let us play as a male(kind of like odyssey & valhalla). Plus I’m getting tired of the Ubisoft formula & the rebellion era. I’ve played so many of their open world games and I’m burned out. I just wish Ubisoft would bring back their old mascot Rayman.
I’m passing on this game to take all the controversies about it aside. I’m just genuinely not interested at this point I just want the third Jedi game…
@@Zeel-ko1ni First of all, I’m a guy. If I role play(especially in an open world game), I always play as a guy. For Fallout, Fable, Mass Effect, etc. I rarely use female characters. Just personal preference.
One thing I absolutely agree with - automatic mission failure because of detection should be outlawed! I hated this "feature" as far back as No One Lives Forever (the sequel - very wisely - took that feature out). I hated even more those Assassin's Creed games where one can be "detected" and thus fail the mission if you are seen by an enemy a half-second before you kill that enemy! (Do they instantly broadcast your location to all their allies in, say, Renaissance Italy?) Developers need to understand that "stealth" means attempting not to be seen, but dealing with the consequences if you are. As in, say, Thief, Splinter Cell, Dishonored ...
The Star wars collectables should have been Ubisoft's magnum opus in my opinion. How?- Build the world with knowledge from past comics like batman, or if not- leave collectable animated objects from the comics like The Spiderman games. or just do the easy one, do the stuff above, just purely from the movies.
To put it short, if you take Jedi survivor and mix it with this game and give it the same amount of freedom as RDR two but with more worlds to explore more ships to use more weapons to carry because it’s a newer game, you will have a money maker. Fans are spoiled by RDR two GTA six ghost recon because you could still play them endlessly without going back through the storyline again because of the amount of freedom those games offer.
See, the problem is with the gamers. You’re supposed to buy the game but not play the game. If you do happen play the game, you are not supposed to put more than an hour into it. You need time to buy another one. Rinse and repeat..
This game is suffering from the The Last Of Us 2 effect, which is causing outrage and causing people to either call it perfect or absolute trash, when in reality it's neither. I do think TLOU 2 is on the better side, while Outlaws is fairly mediocre, however, it's no different than most other mediocre games out there
That's happening with everything these days. Modern internet discourse surrounding movies/shows/games has become a cesspool of narrow minded idiots sitting on extremes for attention.
Absolutely spot on. I've actually had a lot of fun with Outlaws and also some frustrations but overall it's been a good experience. Far from the dumpster fire people have claimed.
@@GameOverloadMO Because saying "Hey, this game is just meh" doesn't generate views. You need to convince people that it is the worst thing since the Holocaust. Being overly dramatic and radicalized is what grabs people. 98% of everyone criticizing Outlaws never touched it
@@marzipanmonkey Yup. The game is legit pretty average. Hell, I'd say that the biggest problem is how expensive it is. For a full 70 dollars it is far from a great deal. It falls in the category of most Ubisoft titles, which is to get it under a sale
Admittedly I have not played the majority of "Ubisoft games". So my point of reference will be different than other gamers who have. Having said that, judging Star Wars Outlaws on its own and without any other point of reference, I have to say I am THOROUGHLY enjoying the story, the immersive music, and the main line quest. There is enough side mission content to occupy interest, and enough straight-line linear main mission to keep the game moving forward. I love the setting between Empire and Return timeline. I am as critical as they come on things I spend money on. I love the game and love it for it solely and not in comparison or contrast to any other game. I fully respect other gamers' opinions that differ from mine. This was an ambitious project for any developer and I think they did it well.
SW Outlaws is a bad game even for Ubisofts exponentially decreasing standards. It's a terrible game when compared to other games (such as RDR2). It's just straight up poorly executed, like all Ubisofts games have been for the last decade. The biggest problem with this game is that it actually had potential to be great, but as always, Ubi shit the bed in almost every way. Boring protagonist, boring story, half baked gameplay mechanics, and TERRIBLY animated cutscenes. If this game came out in 2013 then it would be decent, but for 2024? It's an utter joke that disrespects the consumers investment in this utter shitpile of a game, made by a bunch of incompetent, greedy bastards that want nothing more than brainless shills handing them money. But don't take my word for it, just look at Ubisoft's falling stocks and their last ditch attempt at delaying AC Shadows to black history month in order to deflect criticism when the game inevitably releases to less sales than they told their investors. You are more than entitled to your opinion, and if you genuinely enjoy this game then good for you, but the stats dont lie. Ubisoft are up shits creek without a paddle, and they only have themselves to blame.
This game is being used as a way to make irrelevant TH-camrs some quick ad revenue. There’s 8000 games this year far worse than Outlaws but because this was made by Ubisoft it’s an easy grift.
Imagine if Disney sells its gaming rights to the SW franchise, and Lucasfilm get their $hit together and entrusts the development to a studio renowned for its commitment to the lore, attention to detail, and excellence in game design. This new studio embarks on creating an M-rated RPG that offers unparalleled freedom and immersion, allowing you to dive deep into the Star Wars universe, making it feel more alive and real than ever before. In this RPG, you can choose to embark on a journey as either a Jedi or Sith, with fully customizable characters that encompass every aspect from physical appearance, lightsaber design, Force abilities, to even your personal backstory. No longer are you constrained to pre-selected characters; your path is uniquely yours to create and follow. Starting as a fresh novice, you would traverse through intense training and arduous missions, gradually honing your skills and abilities. As a Jedi, your journey would involve achieving inner peace, mastering lightsaber forms, and deepening your understanding of the Force. You'll face moral dilemmas that challenge your ethical stance, guiding you towards the wisdom and serenity required to become a Jedi Master. On the flip side, embracing the path of the Sith involves succumbing to your passions, exploiting power, and engaging in treacherous plots. The more you manifest strength and ruthlessness, the faster you climb the ranks, aspiring to become a Sith Lord. Your decisions directly impact your alignment, shaping not just your character, but also the narrative and even the fate of the galaxy. Moreover, the game provides the thrilling opportunity to betray your comrades, switching sides and playing as a double agent. Perhaps you start as a Jedi but become disillusioned, deciding to clandestinely align with the Sith, carrying out missions that conceal your true allegiance. Conversely, a Sith might find a glimmer of light and choose to aid the Jedi, walking a perilous path of redemption. For those who seek a different experience, you could play as a bounty hunter, driven by profit and navigating the intricate underbelly of the galaxy. Your missions would involve tracking down high-profile targets, whether they be Jedi, Sith, or influential political figures, each hunt fraught with danger and requiring cunning and expertise. Interactions with compelling NPCs, complex dialogue trees, and dynamic relationships further immerse you in the game. Romances, alliances, and rivalries evolve based on your actions and choices, making the world feel reactive and alive. Political intrigue, battles of wits, and strategic gameplay elements are entrenched in the storyline, making every decision critical. And Imagine if this game had no battle passes, microtransactions, or unnecessary real-life politics. Whoever designs such a Star Wars game would undoubtedly print money.
Imo a great singleplayer game is built around a story that leaves an impression and genuinely moves you. Ubisoft takes a setting and puts something in there that feels just alright, so to say. That’s recipe for disaster and also the turning point for AC if you’d ask me
I'm the same way with Ubisoft so through the last few far cry entries. The more I play them, The more hours put in I see them for what they are and how they're put together and I start to despise the game. The more I deviate or try new things the more I get disappointed, and just with time I start to see more patterns and cut corners. At the point where I will no longer buy another Ubisoft game.
I’m just waiting for the third Jedi game but as I said before many times, we probably won’t be getting a trailer for in the next year and a half at least…
Yea Cal Kestis is the ONLY good thing that has happened with the Disney Lucasfilm buy out and I mean that literally, everything else has been atrocious. Once the final Jedi game comes out I think I’m done with this franchise for good. I’ve fully moved on to Dune. I’m just sticking around for Cal and that’s it.
@@JungleJetAviation06 yeah even though I do like Andor I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite thing to come from Disney Star Wars when it comes to original things I do prefer the Jedi games they have my favorite characters come from the franchise since Disney bought Lucas and I think they’re both better than Andor by a fair portion and there are some other things I like better than Andor but if I were to explain why we would be here all day…
I really like this game and it’s has a good atmosphere that’s fits with the star wars universe. People should play it and they’ll discover a lot of great stuff
For me, it's amazing. Generally speaking and not on this channel, I've found the biggest knockers of the game are mysoginistic incels. The game is DEFINITELY NOT open world. I totally agree it's hybrid. Never played star field but definitely like Survivor/Fallen Order. If I paid full amount on release, I'd be angry. I traded a load of old games that I don't play, obtained from CEX for 'free'. I'm therefore happy. A lot of other channels seem to have a major problem with the character being female. I like the way you've reviewed this. Much respect.
I’ve always been a huge Ubisoft fan and supported most of their games. I like the far cry and AC gameplay loops. I was someone that like radio towers and sync points, especially sync points to see how the historical cities looked from up there. However, they’re losing me. Every company wants to have advocates, not just customers. They’re losing me as an advocate. Watch dogs legion was trash, Valhalla was fun for the first quarter of it, etc. Just started playing outlaws, so not going to pass judgement yet. I’m having fun with it, but I just got off of Canto Bight so I can’t begin to speculate on the game
I was to. Until the game completely broke on me on the very last mission. I’m stuck in space and can’t land on any planet or fast travel to any location.
There was a lot of potential here. Fun and huge scope, great idea, good design, good worlds. But the execution was so bad. Animations and game play were horrible, story was boring and bland. Character design sucked, Kay is supposed to be a some underworld master mind but every time she gets confronted she stumbles over her words and doesn’t know what to say or do. Like making sliro ISB was such a bad decision. Just let it be underworld syndicates. Why’s it got to tie back to the ISB?
This games actually not bad, but it is buggy, because of this games, I sold my RX 6700 XT, think it was start to fail, get 6800, still the same, tested on another system with rtx 2060, with lower res and low quality, still return to desktop
Well star wars is a little more than wizards with fighting sticks😂 but I get it if you are a fan of jedis etc. Me too, but sometimes I get a bit sick of every single game having a jedi
So, I am not a hater per say, but I am absolutely a skeptic. The gameplay has looked ok at best. Pretty clunky seeming with many glitchy issues A very mono toned main character, few (if any?) cosmetics, few (if any?) weapon options And my biggest gripe in ANY game or movie or show... Knocking people TF out with a punch, while they are wearing helmets. Maybe if the character was Wrecker from the bad batch I could accept it lol
Interestingly enough, this is the least Ubisoft game ever. Anyone who has played an Ubisoft game before will instantly realize this. However, I understand that TH-camrs like to use this game to grift more viewers.
I love the game. I've played 90% of it so far and am still finding some great things to do and explore. I can not understand the hate around the main character, i guess it's just people hating for hating sake as that's what people do these days. She kind of has a look of Sigourney Weaver during the first Alien movie. I love Star Wars, so for me, getting to experience more content in this universe is great.
My thoughts on Outlaws: The game is definitely ubisoft in it's purest form which may turn off many. But some like myself don't mind it. I had more issue with the ST references here and there. But given it takes place after episode 5 and before episode 6 for a change is nice. I did not like the disney trilogy. But I guess I don't mind having only the planets from the ST but set before that era is alright. It's a decent compromise. That aside, the game is really fun. The wanted system and open nature of the game makes it very replayable for me. But what really won me over was Nix. That little guy is probably the best thing for me about this whole game.🤩😍 His little animations like hopping on your speeder when u get close and looking at you hoping to go for a ride is fricken adorable. Along with the way he plays dead when u ask him to distract a guard or point your gun at him and the little interactions u can have with him when eating meals. God hes so cute. Lol The story was alright. I didn't love it or dislike it. It was serviceable. But evreything around the story was so fun that I didn't mind. (Minus the instant fail stealth missions ovcourse..) The backlash the game is getting should be directed to ubisoft higher ups. Not the devs themselves. Clearly alot of love went into this game from what I can see. The game didn't deserve to be completely review bombed. If I'm going to be as honest as possible, I would give it a good 7/10. Anything below a 6 or 5 is not right. The game does far more correctly than it does wrong. And I feel an 7/10 reflects that very well. I only hope we get atleast one more planet in the dlc expansions coming up. And maybe a few QOL improvements and fixes to make it better as it Definitely needs that. Anyway, that's about it. Just felt that I needed to say something and be as fair and realistic as possible while not being blinded by hate. 🙂👍
The truth? It's a good game. (in my opinion) As much as it has flaws, and it obviously doesn't compare to RDR2, it's an immersive, fun game with an incredible setting. The story is good, but it has its pacing problems, the game has bugs but nothing that affects the gameplay, some animations could be better, especially parkour, but it's not the end of the world. The big key to this game is exploration, it breaks away from all Ubisoft games and brings something new, fluid, immersive and fun that I hope you can experience one day. I feel like this game received disproportionate hate for carrying Ubisoft's name. I hope at least some of you actually try the game to understand that it is much better than it seems. But I respect the opinion of anyone who thought otherwise, this is just my opinion regarding the game.
i wouldnt say this game looks good lets compare it to some old ass game like BF1(yes its old and so are you) its weird to say but BF1 had some truly eye catching rocks to look at but when you see the maps in ubi games those dont hit you that way bcs they had the same detail intensity, and that makes everything blend to each other in BF1s case its clear devs want to show u those rocks and those dirt in trenches so those things get some insane quality of details and that leaves a big impression for whatever you feel wrong about the game, you cant argue those rocks arnt pretty
the same thing can say to wukong as well the peach in the opening is the most beautiful fruit u can see in game to date and they clearly went hard on that peach and are proud to show you how perfect the peach looks
The main drawback for me is the female protagonist and her little sidekick that makes it seem like a child's game. I wish it had been a strong male character and a better sidekick that didn't try to be cute and cuddly. I haven't tried it yet, I am waiting for the price to drop below $20 then I'll try it.
Like this review said, She’s just this super bland character that doesn’t feel real. There’s no real reason to care about her. They played it way too safe with her and the story.
You'd expect him to say it as a negative? He didn't say it just runs, he said it runs well while maxed out on 4k resolution - which is a good bit of information.
@@wolfborntv He is obviously looking for positives desperately. Andy Game Runs Maxed out on a 4090 at 4K so hardly a positive that he should Focus so Long on

Why is mediocre? I got the game my thoughts is a good game. But I understand need more patches. Eventually And more customization. Plus the storyline is great
Because Ubisoft is capable of making better products but simply choose not to. They were ready to deliver another half baked product with Shadows but saw the reception of Outlaws and realized they can’t get away with mediocre products anymore because their stock is rapidly declining
I haven’t played the game and I think it is the worst Star Wars game in history compared to everything else I have played I’ve watched enough videos and frankly the main character doesn’t do it for me listening to her dialogue and the plot it’s just stupid and lazy.

Maybe patches will fix yhise isdues i myself pretty pleased in dome area, disappointed in some bit game was overall fun to play
The way they make games and the people they pick to work on these games is why this game sucks. The combat the stealth all bad because they wanted it to be
Just started playing it yesterday, dont understand the narrative here. Its fun, the story is not bad at all and I'm not a star wars fan boy definitely not a ubisoft fan boy
As a bias Star Wars fan I enjoyed it for a while but it’s not a good video game. It’s a bland no risk story with uninteresting characters, bad stealth, easy combat. The game is half baked with so many of the mechanics unfinished. It’s a game that really does feel half developed. Hopefully the next Star Wars game that attempts this sort of game learns a lot from this game.
Pessimistic…I feel you bro. I’ve been very pessimistic where I talk about it most of the time and even makes me sick. Such a beloved franchise was rammed into the ground by Kathleen Kennedy and some of the people below her. Star Wars does not deserve this fate. And the woke…I’m not even going to get started with it because everyone who works at lucasfilm don’t know or care about Star Wars. And then blame fans who actually want something good. Idk man Star Wars is in the worst position it has ever been. If you want llease Star Wars fans, please Star Wars fans. It seems hard but not really 😂

Make a video saying all of this. Even on a blank screen.
the game is simply too big of a scope...
Just need one open world
with one good map/planet.
InFamous or Spider-Man
Or God forbid
…RDR.
You crash land.
Create a Jedi or Sith.
Spend the rest of the game
fixing your ship.
Deal with the politics of that
planet however you wish.
(You have complete autonomy)
And once you fix your ship.
I did the same and the game is both frustrating and boring.
I hear you. I'm replaying AC Brotherhood and instant fail stealth is so frustrating but you'd think it would be gone 2 generations later
the game has received updates.
I have recently asked "have they removed the *mandatory* stealth missions?" the content creator said no.
Are they toooooooo hard for you 😂?
Let's make a stealth game with speeder bikes and blasters. Call it Star Wars! What could go wrong?!
Wait! I meant make a *GOOD GAME!*

@@SjitlowdThat's exactly what's happening because this game is brilliant 👏 (band and wagon seem to come to mind)
What should Star Wars Outlaws have been ? Imagine playing as Han Solo game version of the first 3 films for starters
It's not meant to be just another Star Wars clone (pardon the pun lol) it's just based in the same universe hence the name OUTLAWS 😉
@@adroninggoodtime I appreciate that but your totally missing the point , it's not meant to be another boring Star Wars clone it's something different within the Star Wars universe , the planets are really interesting places and the gameplay is very involving , it seems to me that a lot of people have just listened to the bad press on it and not actually tried it , perhaps the reason is the ridiculously high price combined with the bad vibes from ubisoft and biased hate from creators
and as you quite rightly say the expectation of it being another Hans Solo adventure... I am loving every minute of it , I think it's fantastic ! seriously 😉
Ubisoft didn't "developed" star wars outlaws they've published star wars outlaws
The only good thing Massive are good at is creating beautiful looking environments but that's pretty much it. They can't add nothing to them, they're just beautifully bland and boring.
The agenda behind these games..the world may never no
Nice in depth review. I was intrigued by the idea of an open world Star Wars game but now I think I’ll save my $$ and hard pass
Or a ruthless bounty hunter.. just a game that has it all
Vehicle mechanics like Battlefront 2004 where you can just enter any ship on the ground and take off without a cutscene of any kind like how Fallen Order/Survivor handle the Mantis.
The last great game they made imo was Far Cry 5 (I really only play far cry from them)
I’m passing on this game to take all the controversies about it aside. I’m just genuinely not interested at this point I just want the third Jedi game…
@@WHITExTRASH101 Whoa Far Cry. I haven’t played that in a while. In my opinion, the best one was FC3
Why do you need to play as a guy? Shouldn't that not matter if the character is good?
No idea how they went from the incredibly near stunning smooth running massive open world that was Avatar to whatever they call this bs
It's not controversial, it's abysmal.
Outlaws is fun that's all that matters to me. I actually like hearing the haters they are all a bunch of cry babies.
That weird moment where you enjoy the game everyone’s bashing. 😶
We Happy Few was that game for me lol
People being divisive about a product they haven't even experienced? On the internet?
NOOOO!!!
Why are they... wearing helmets...if a bare slap can render them comatose through them
I'm sick of bad reviews. It's brilliant.
What’s good about it? The game breaks the second you leave the set rails
That was me with Vahalla and Starfield which not a ubisoft but it had that issue.
Im so thankful i spent my money on metaphor instead
I'm actually really enjoying this game. Especially when you get to Tattoine. Nix and Kess are great together
I was to. Until the game completely broke on me on the very last mission. I’m stuck in space and can’t land on any planet or fast travel to any location.
Weirdo no one asked.
Good review, always happy to see another Aussie channel, liked and shared
Stealth in general is boring AF in a combat focused game. It should be an option and not a demand.
Ubisoft didn’t develop this game. It was developed by Massive Entertainment.
Here’s my complete & totally unbiased opinion on Star Wars Outlaws, but first a message from the sponsors who pay me 😅
And have literally nothing to do with the game, so what’s your point?
There was a lot of potential here. Fun and huge scope, great idea, good design, good worlds. But the execution was so bad. Animations and game play were horrible, story was boring and bland. Character design sucked, Kay is supposed to be a some underworld master mind but every time she gets confronted she stumbles over her words and doesn’t know what to say or do. Like making sliro ISB was such a bad decision. Just let it be underworld syndicates. Why’s it got to tie back to the ISB?
From a game company known for having Tom Clancy and AC. They can't get the stealth gameplay right lol
This games actually not bad, but it is buggy, because of this games, I sold my RX 6700 XT, think it was start to fail, get 6800, still the same, tested on another system with rtx 2060, with lower res and low quality, still return to desktop
Seems like this game would've been garbage even if it didn't have the Star Wars name stitched on
I can respect this video, you did truly play the game, unlike most of the videos published at the start of the month.
just play something yu like then, and shut the fuk up.
I almost bought it until I found out the force and jedis arent in the game. Thats like making Hogwarts with no wands.
Pretty clunky seeming with many glitchy issues
A very mono toned main character, few (if any?) cosmetics, few (if any?) weapon options
And my biggest gripe in ANY game or movie or show... Knocking people TF out with a punch, while they are wearing helmets.
Maybe if the character was Wrecker from the bad batch I could accept it lol
Star Wars Outlaws: Starring Matt Daymon
Never belived i would own Avatar an apologie 😂
Interestingly enough, this is the least Ubisoft game ever. Anyone who has played an Ubisoft game before will instantly realize this. However, I understand that TH-camrs like to use this game to grift more viewers.
Love this channel, appreciate your objectivity 🔥 ‘may the forced be with you’😂
Imagine making the most sci-fi fantasy universe into the most boring game ever.
They said “OPEN WORLD” not open universe 😂😂😡
I love the game. I've played 90% of it so far and am still finding some great things to do and explore. I can not understand the hate around the main character, i guess it's just people hating for hating sake as that's what people do these days. She kind of has a look of Sigourney Weaver during the first Alien movie. I love Star Wars, so for me, getting to experience more content in this universe is great.
I'm just enjoying the drama, waiting for a huge sale or even it appearing as a freebie under PSN
Nothing can be "very unique"; it's either unique or not. You mean very unusual. This is a constant error by Americans for some reason.
A bit to expensive for "meeeeeehhh".

God of War and God of War Ragnarok are in the works right now and will be posted in November!
Been having a lot of fun with this game i enjoy it.
Great review man
My thoughts on Outlaws:
The game is definitely ubisoft in it's purest form which may turn off many. That little guy is probably the best thing for me about this whole game.🤩😍
His little animations like hopping on your speeder when u get close and looking at you hoping to go for a ride is fricken adorable. Along with the way he plays dead when u ask him to distract a guard or point your gun at him and the little interactions u can have with him when eating meals. God hes so cute. Lol
The story was alright.
(in my opinion)
As much as it has flaws, and it obviously doesn't compare to RDR2, it's an immersive, fun game with an incredible setting.
But I respect the opinion of anyone who thought otherwise, this is just my opinion regarding the game.
i wouldnt say this game looks good
lets compare it to some old ass game like BF1(yes its old and so are you)
its weird to say but BF1 had some truly eye catching rocks to look at
but when you see the maps in ubi games those dont hit you that way bcs they had the same detail intensity, and that makes everything blend to each other
in BF1s case its clear devs want to show u those rocks and those dirt in trenches so those things get some insane quality of details and that leaves a big impression for whatever you feel wrong about the game, you cant argue those rocks arnt pretty
the same thing can say to wukong as well
the peach in the opening is the most beautiful fruit u can see in game to date
and they clearly went hard on that peach and are proud to show you how perfect the peach looks
They played it way too safe with her and the story.
most ubisoft game ever? it doesn't even have watch towers or outposts so I disagree

The way they make games and the people they pick to work on these games is why this game sucks. The combat the stealth all bad because they wanted it to be
Just started playing it yesterday, dont understand the narrative here. Its fun, the story is not bad at all and I'm not a star wars fan boy definitely not a ubisoft fan boy
it's just another generic game
As a bias Star Wars fan I enjoyed it for a while but it’s not a good video game. It’s a bland no risk story with uninteresting characters, bad stealth, easy combat. The game is half baked with so many of the mechanics unfinished. It’s a game that really does feel half developed. Hopefully the next Star Wars game that attempts this sort of game learns a lot from this game.
Outlaws is the video game version of Joe Bauers from Idiocracy, the most mediocre game in all of mediocrity
