Putting your hands to high makes you get tired faster man makes your punch less powerful. Just practice distance footwork and slips also head movement is much better than fucos on defense

what? The reason why you shouldn't put hands down is because it can create bad habits and ticks. Also if keeping your hands up and elbows tucked makes you tired. that's just telling me you have no stamina in your shoulders. Due to the lack of keeping your hands up... this is also telling me that you probably are already gassed with your punches within seconds of rounds. I mean yeah practicing distance and footwork with slips combined with head movement also helps but most importantly nigga keep your hands up even when slipping, it probably feels awkward for you to slip and use head movement while keeping your hands up but you have to keep doing it to become more looser. Mike tyson was a master at this because his hands was always up and he became more looser within training.

@@reallyyes123 i never said to put your hands down I said to never put it to high because it's like your carrying your arms and gravity pulls it down. But it's up to you what works for you. My performance improve a lot by just relaxing my arms right below the chin level it feels more relaxing and makes me move more quicker than putting my arms at the checks level

@@christianjaytiempo7390 bro that's literally because they became more advanced, once you're more advanced and build stamina for your shoulder, you can begin lowering the left and they don't always have it down, they put their left hand out and keep it up at times. and of course you're looser without hands up but I would not recommend putting your hands down if you have not built stamina for your shoulders and not recommended for beginners.
