How To Get BIG BICEPS With DOG SH*T Exercises

    If you haven't tried DC training then you're missing out on some amazing exercises. The volume is a little low for my taste but we can take some of those great movements and crack up the number of sets and reps and get those biceps growing.
    SETS/REPS:
    Seated Drag (Supinated or Pronated):
    4 Sets / 20 Reps (Failure, if you can get more then get more!)
    Reverse/Negative Drags:
    4 Sets / 20 Reps
    Pinwheel Curl:
    4 Sets / 20 Reps (EACH)
    Hammer Curl "Turned In":
    4 Sets / 30 Reps (EACH)

      No exercise can build that muscle. Just know your normal and less body fat you have the better it looks.

      I agree 100%! Best money I've ever spent on a workout program. Before I could never get my bi's sore the day after, but with his program they're sore for 3-5 days!! And I only have bow flex slec-tec weights. F'n killer workouts!!! Wish there was an app, but it's fine to do the program through a browser.

      @@harrybaluch6753 I was lucky enough to get bow flex selec-tec weights that go up to 52.5 lbs (that's all the workout equipment I have). But dumbbells and a bench pretty much is all you'd need. I use a folding chair equipped with a pillow to create an incline bench. It's not a push pull split, but the way it changes body parts works perfectly. Ryan is a dang genius!

    At 60, all I now wear are gray t's and gray gym shorts- drives my family crazy. They call me the monochromatic man. My wife told me if I buy another gray t she's going to burn my clothes. Yeah, good to be old(er.) You just don't give a flying crap anymore what people think.

    I love this channel
    For many reasons but a main reason is because all these years I’ve been doing weird looking and different exercises just because I get a better connection to them despite the weird looks I get, Ryan ends up showcasing a lot of these same exercises and gives one hell of a tutorial on how to properly perform them; it’s nice to see someone else looking for any weird way to hurt themselves just a little bit more than last time

    Honestly biceps is the one muscle I can still fully destroy to the point of not being able to lift my arms the next day.
    For me at least biceps is definitely the easiest muscle to push to REAL absolute failure.

      If you want to mass gain you need to EAT. and lift for mass.

      @@Jaeykob 6-7 meals a day space out more protein moderate carbs and healthy fats , switch your exercises up every two-3 weeks if there decent meals after a year you will start to see gains every 3-4 weeks if your training right

    So my left bicep tendon close to the elbow joint is completely inflamed and my forearm has interstitial tearing that's causing enough pain to where I've needed two steroid anti inflammatory shots in the last 11 months. Reverse grip curls were my favorite, and now I can't do them at all. How else can I build the bicep and keep strength without inflammation and pain? Any advice would be great please.

    How good is the garage workouts and what do I need? I have dumbbells from 5 to 90 pounds, A pull up stand, bands, a small bar with a 100 pounds of weights, and a bench (it can not hold a bar)
