That spin scared the shit out of me! I'd imagine the inside of your undies matched your dashboard! Good driving nonetheless, you controlled it and then got back at it.
hahaha yeah code "leatherbrown" ^^ I must admit the spin came so fast it was insane. This tiny green rubber surface was soaked with water... However I wouldn't say it was scary because there is LOT of space to recover the car so I knew I simply needed to brake and wait until it's over. A proper code brown would have been the same on the Nordschleife :)
Madman behind the wheel after the spin out that was fast driving. Saw you passing gt3 and cayman you were even giving them the windshield wipers and courtesy waves as you flew on by for the win lol. I drive a 987.1 but haven’t tracked it yet and maybe I wont even bother lol
Thanks a lot man Tracking those cars is so much fun, I can only recommend to try it. This kind of pleasures will be made illegal soon so don't miss out ;-p The 987.1 is just as much fun, but is not ideal for repeated track use. If you track it watch your oil level very closely and use regular summer tires (no high performance track tires)
@@shitbox_sommelier Because of the price haha ^^ the federal RSR are actually quite good for the track and they are very cheap. Now I switched to cup2 (check out my video in Zolder). They are expensive but I must agree they are way better tires :)
Hey - it's a "home made solution" ^^ The Gopro is attached to the structure that is revealed when you strip the interior of the car. I used a simple metal piece from a DIY store to get the camera a bit higher and further to the front for a better angle. I then improved a few things to get rid of the wobble (check my newer videos).
Very nice, driving that car excellently to be keeping pace and even passing 911s.

@@tobitetdebit2330 appreciate it 👍
@@tobitetdebit2330 do you think there is anything that will help 987.1 oil levels on track?
@@tobitetdebit2330 Why no high performance track tires? Is it due to the oil pickup issue, or is there another issue I'm unfamiliar with?

4:53 : GT3 God sent you some "Karma feedback" loooooooooooooooool
What is your camera setup? It is the perfect angle. I want to copy it for my 987 😅
