@@TheMotorcycleMDI enjoy your video, it very helpful. Thanks . I do have a question, I have a 04 Ninja 250r at low rpm it runs fine.
But as I run at higher speed or open the throttle more than 1/4 it just sputters and won’t let me open more than 1/4? I thought it might be a bad vacuum slide but what else would it be?

Hi Cody, I bought one of your courses on MotorcycleMD. Saved my butt. Quick question: I bought a "D" tool bit for my pilot jet with a flexible handle. I am having a hard time accessing the D-shaped screws. What kind of tool do you use in the video? Any advice to keep the my tool from slipping off? The access for these screws is terrible. THANKS!

@@TheMotorcycleMD great video bro..very educational and to the point .. I have a question for you, I have a Honda glh 125 SC and I've noticed that whenever I start it up ithe throttle lags for the first few minutes, as it warms and I ride it that lag goes away , the lag is sputtery and the bike sometimes cut off if I accelerate the throttle a bit fast ...as I said it goes away after riding it but I don't like it because almost everytime I have to wait for it to go away ...and I'm not talking about cold starts alone, btw it's a diaphragm type carb and I've tried adjusting the fuel screw , changing plugs but nothing seems to work , pls advise ! Thanks man

Love ur vids. I'm actually doin a bike rightnow and was wondering would the mixture screw have anything to do with it dying upon throttle? It idles perfect, just dies with throttle and all jets are clear.

Hi. Thanks for the tip. I've have rough idle, bike is Kawasaki ZRX1200. Carbs fully cleaned, synchronized, but idle still rough. Pipe of the 4th cylinder cooler, than others and the sound doesn't change If I turn the mixture screw in or out. What's going wrong? The bike has 96.000 km on the clock.

i got something simular on a hornet 600, if i run for a longer period at 3-3500 rpm, almost no trottle, when i then gently give it a litle more trottle it starts missing on sylinder 1, if i give it even more trotle about 50% or more it cleans up again, plug on sylinder 1 is black, other 3 cylinders are fine, so it looks like it is getting to mutch fuel when running on the low speed circuit? i changed plug to a brand new identical one, no misses for maybe 1 hour then it slowly comes back, i think it starts missing as it builds up sot on the plug, adjustment screw is on the engine side of the carb so i guess it adjust fuel not air? i did try 1 turn out and one turn in, but did not make it better or worse, not sure if the idle circuit can even supply enough to cause this problem, maybe someone on here got some ideas on what the issue could be
