After using PSVR exclusively for 2 weeks, I did go back, and I think where I'm going to land is a combination of VR and TV. Although the VR version is incredible and immersive, I realized going back to TV that it's easier, more convenient, and generally more comfortable. If I'm pressed for time and just want to jump on for a few races, using the TV feels like way less of a chore. Getting the VR headset at just the right position is getting faster for me, but it always takes more effort than looking straight ahead at my TV. I've also noticed my eyes feel a little weird after being in VR. Not uncomfortable, not motion sickness, but just off, and that takes a little while to get used to, and for it to go away.
@@DigitalRelay The fact that there's still the same missing in-race data but only in VR mode as we had in GT Sport is why I have to keep coming back to the TV if for no other reason than to get the data for our league scoring. Wow I totally forgot about rally going to try that today in PSVR2 and yes this is definitely a game changer ive been playing GT since 97’ too nice review
I can only describe the experience as the same as going to a real race track and driving real cars. It's incredible. It's the most bonkers thing I've ever experienced in a video game in a lifetime of playing. I'm now in my fifties and playing since ever. I will agree it can take it's toll because it's so intense. I would not recommend playing for more than an hour a day and if you're tired don't play at all.
I love GT7 VR. It's my most played VR game and after playing it in VR it's really hard to go back to the flat screen version. I hope they release GT8 for the PSVR2, too.
Whats awesome is gt7 is the same engine from gt sport and is probably a modded engine from gt6/5. At least when it’s pa5 only it will be a huge step but once they make their next engine, it’s going to be beyond wild !
Thanks It is wild how your mind plays tricks on you in vr, it actually does feel real inside these cars, so much so I find myself occasionally attempting to move an arm or a leg to get a better view of something And a how each wheel in vr feels like the wheel I am using irl, no matter the size differences
Most accurate review I've seen yet. 👏 Just got my psvr2 yesterday and I feel it's a completely different game. Every car is a new experience and it makes you appreciate your car collection so much more.
I dont know about you but for me if I wear the PS pulse headphones with the PSVR2 it puts the headset into the perfect position for clarity on my head.
@@shadowbanned5164 I have the Sony WH1000xm4's and they also sound amazing. Not sure if Pulse 3D which I also have offer that much more difference... The xm4's are extremely comfortable though so those are my go to.... Pricey bunch but I use them for a lot of other different things too
@@PodiumTuningRacing The Pulse headphones are middle of the range as far as sound goes they are just the right size cups for me though so they push the PSVR2 up a fraction which seems to make a difference in clarity regularity.
I notice the difference In the cars so much more in VR. The difference between the Oversteery Honda NSX compared to the more understeer experience of the BRZ is massive and very noticeable in VR.
The headlights from cars behind you can be scary as hell cause the lights are so bright that from a distance they appear to be right behind you. The daily race that switches to night is prime example, those headlights glaring from someone right on your tale makes the racing far more intense and 1000x more fun.
Better yet, do a 3 lap nurburgring race and set the weather to change 1 hour every minute. You'll go from a nice morning to seeing the sunset and then pitch black night all the way to the sunrise which mimics driving long distances on a road trip. It's incredible.
There's also something to be said about people ( like myself ) that never would have bought/ played GT7 if it wasnt playable in VR. Just like Dirt Rally for PSVR1, I'm in love with this game now. Incredible stuff. Great review!
Superb video and presentation. Very even-handed and pragmatic conclusion. And - thank you for highlighting the lack of a leaderboard and the Daytona banking gyroscope setting. WT players have been submitting bug reports like crazy and we hope PD will have more for us in the future. I'm never going back to 2D in GT, except for photo mode, and even that feels like it will be in VR soon, too.
@@todd.goslin6190 i have a question... Gran Turismo 7 if a full vr2 game? So I can play it with the headset and also see it on the TV?? Because a friend of mine is in a wheelchair and I want to give him the headset and I gonna play the game while looking at the TV so he can experience it if he is sitting in the car. Is this possible?
@@Budman87 it's doable but maybe weird/disorienting for you because while the tv is displaying what's being seen on the screen, remember that the vr headset is the 'default' view so wherever your friend looks will be what you see on the screen. I think if he's a bit cooperative you can work something out together especially if you aren't hoping to race at your limits and just want to kind of show him the feeling of driving around. Let us know how it goes if you do try!
@Alex L. yeah it's more about the feeling for him sitting in a car and we first go slow because I read a lot about motion sickness in gt7. I don't have the game yet but wanted to know if it's even possible. Thanks for your answer 👍
Great video... I love playing GT7 on PSVR2. But now, with PS5 Pro, the experience is way more impressive. Every reprojection "ghosting effect" is gone and the image is very, very sharp. It looks great!!!
I've played GT7 with PSVR2 and the most amazing thing I found is while playing night and a car behind you lights on your neck. That feeling, that lighting, is almost perfect. I thought I was being lighted for real! it's just amazing how you feel like you are actually driving a car.
Love the immersion of no HUD whatsoever. But a simple on\off button configuration you can switch on the fly would be great, especially when only online and need to take a peak at tire wear or fuel level. Or what lap your on for that matter. Also yt chat text when streaming seems necessary.
The only problem I have with that is the missing info from VR & only in VR modes. It's the same as in GT Sport's VR mode, as well (in fact, the only design change was the "VR replay" addition).
@@ThehanselloRight? Like how's my tires doing? I feel like they're gone but can't tell without the telemetry. Still prefer to race without a HUD. Right now I have it set to the most minimal above none. I think it just gives me my gear and current lap times.
Thanks Jordan! It's hands down the best and most complete review about this VR update so far 👍 Like most gtplanet players on the dedicated thread, there's no way I play this game on TV ever again, it's as important as my wheel setup now!
GT7 and subsequently VR is the primary reason I bought my PS5. Just recently got a PSVR2 and have been absolutely having a blast. GT7 has the most hours of any game on my PS5. Only got a meager 76 hours but still loving the game.
Great review. One point I do disagree with is the sensation of speed is much greater for me in VR. I think this, more so than added depth perception, is why braking is more consistent and easier.
About the camera "lock to horizon" feature, it would be great if they put a toggle to switch to "lock to car" for those of us that prefer that instead.
You wouldn't want that. Your brain stabilizes any shaking/head-turning you experience in real life. Polyphony just needs to increase the complexity of this feature. At a certain rotation, the perceived "horizon" needs to change. This is what happens in real life (think about how you perceive a roller coaster if you've been on one). Locking to the car would cause intense motion sickness.
@@sparrowcd I not that bevavior from the GTA5 VR mod. There you can switch on the fly between the two states. As long you ride on leveled roads, horizon locked is better. But when it comes to high slopes or canted roads, a transition to a car locked view feels better. Otherwise you feel like sitting in a gyroscope.
@@sparrowcd not really, I play locked to car in any VR racing game I've ever played and I played a lot of of them. to me locked to horizon is just weird especially if there's a lot of elevation changes. you'll be looking at the floorboards mid race and the whole thing is just generally disorienting. Dirt Rally 2.0 has a slider which kind of makes your view more or less springy, at one end it's totally locked to the car and the other end it's totally locked to horizon. this way it does help with people who want locked to horizon but you don't get this weird stuff where you're looking up and down constantly just to see anything.....
Thanks for highlighting the horizon camera lock. I hope they introduce an option to disable it. I'd prefer the seat of the car to match the position of the seat in sitting in IRL.
In a Real Car, the Horizon is pretty much Locked. Although the Tilt angle ( roll ) might change a bit on a banked curve. But Up and Down, it doesn't if your focus is out the window on a distant focal point. Go take a drive in a real car and look out at a distance.. Notice that the interior of the car is what moves up and down, the gauges, the dash.. Your eyes stay focused on the distant view, while the car jostles around. This is what is replicated in the PSVR2...
Thank you for creating such an honest and respective review of what the PSVR2 means for the Gran Turismo community! I just recently upgraded to the Fanatec ecosystem after a year and a half with a Logitech G23. This is what I’ll be looking for next! 😁👍
For me. It's both actually. It's a gimmick that is also a game changer too. It's not a must have for everyone, but whoever got hands-on with this thing, it's an absolute experience to have. Plus having a sim rig, marvelous...
I picked up a PS VR2 in the Black Friday sale and tried it for the first time today. It absolutely blew me away! Putting the game at 1:1 scale as well as giving me depth perception has immediately made me way faster and far more consistent than I ever was 2D! It’s made a huge difference for me, and I cannot see myself ever being happy with a tv again.
The first time you get in. Hard to describe, it truly feels like next gen gaming. Ive fallen aslpeep with my VR headset on now twice due to being exhausted from work but simply could not but it down. Also. A racing wheel with force feedback is a MUST
Four months on and I'm still in love with my VR2. I got it day one, and yet did only single player until last week. Still, the racing against even the AI, or starting a new account just to experience things like the licenses and track experience, was worth it. The racing against REAL people, in multiplayer, was just gobsmackingly immersive.
Mine is super grainy and blurry and can't track my eyes, is it like that for you? (I have calibrated everything multiple times and have tried many combinations of settings)
After just couple hours in vr and wheel i can say it can make you respond to car better. Lap times i get pretty similar to flat screen, but i always had problem recovering from slipping, in vr i can "feel" the slip like in real car and countersteer instantly to avoid crashing.
Your review is the best PSVR2 + GT7 video i have watched so far. Thanks for a detailed and informative opinion. I have a better understanding of what i need to know to consider buying one.
Great Review: Been playing video games since my Dad brought home “Pong” when I was 7. Putting on the PSVR2 Headset and playing this game absolutely blew me away. I’m so glad we all get to enjoy this and much more to come. Everyone who had this enjoy and anyone on the fence…. Buy this ASAP.
I’m late to the party … blown away is an understatement… I got very sick when I first tried but persisted and followed your advice on the other video and after about a week I was able to race for hours with no sickness… I found removing the rubber shroud that seals your face to the goggles helped a lot … let’s in light etc. but I’d rather have some glare here and there and have full air flow and I can see my real legs and some of my surroundings but obviously once your on your only looking forward … anyway I am now one of those people who can’t go back to flat … impossible… I tried a few times and it makes no sense to me now … thanks for a great review and you are 100% on point with your comments
You really would be hard pressed to find such a great review anywhere online, not only is the game in VR more tempting than ever so is subscribing to this awesome channel, well done a fab upload, I’m off to order a psvr2 to try myself as never had VR, probably closest was an HTC Evo 3d phone years back.
100 hours on gt7 in vr now still astonishing. Tried it in flat a big nope, vr just made such a massive difference, amazing like the best arcade ever in your house with a wheel. Everyone should play it, what a time to be alive.
GT7 in VR is the best VR experience I’ve ever had in my life. Especially with a G923 racing sim couch rig wheel, pedals and shifter. Close as you can get to racing an actual car. It’s breathtaking.
For anyone that isn't a nerd about this stuff and just wants a great driving experience, I have zero doubt the PSVR 2 version is a complete and utter game-changer from playing on a flat screen with everything in a fixed window. It's not conveyed especially well in footage, but in VR you get full stereoscopic 3D visuals at 1:1 real-world scale, wrapped all around you with a 110 degree actual field of view but the ability to also freely and naturally look around at will, running at 120 fps (actually 60 fps reprojected to 120 fps), full 3D positional audio, and the advanced rumble and haptics in both the headset and controllers. Racing on some 50" 2D TV screen or whatever isn't even in the same paradigm.
Ghosting effect is due to 120fps being enabled on the devive, but the VR/game only throwing 60fps at you. To remove that both need to be on a unified setting Essentially its the polar opposite of screen tear when the screen is 120hz for example, but console is throwing less fps.
I had also varying experiences with different cars and tracks. One Track that I didn't like too much, that kinda made me sick was Deep Forest Raceway. But Le Mans 24h course and Sardegna Raceway were fine.
Great Review. On the topic of VR Replay. That is one of my Favorite VR Features. It's not for sitting down though. You have to stand up and walk around. It's great to get out on Track and kneel down. the cars race right over you.. Or Pause the replay and walk around the cars. Sure, you can watch it while Sitting, but the sitting experience does not compare to getting up put on Track. What I do miss, and I hope it can be added in an Update, is Watching the Full Replay from Within the Cockpit of the car in VR, Just like you have when Driving. Then you could switch from Car to Car and get the experience of sitting / racing in that car. VR replay from within the cockpit. That is a Needed update ! Oh, in the VR show room, the R3 and L3 buttons allow you to adjust your Height. ( joystick buttons ) Get down to ground level and check out the Suspension and Wheels. or get your face at Headlamp level, you can see all the little details. The custom paints come alive when you can see the individual flakes.
Took the plunge after missing out with the first one. Headset arrived about 6 days ago. Its nice build quality, nice and light, feels comfy on the head, and I will say this. It is a level of immersion I was not prepared for. I had absolutely no idea vr looked, played and felt like this. I bought is so me and my son could enjoy a bit of 3d gaming now and then. I was dead, dead wrong.
I hate how many people never played VR in Gran Turismo Sport. It was great then, & they changed nothing in GT7 design-wise except for the new "VR replay" mode. It's like if nobody told you "Star Wars" was a thing then dropped off a Blu-Ray of the original. So good, though!
@@donnajones1075 Design-wise I said, though; GT Sport had to be designed *around* the hardware's limitations (ex., no liveries, fewer on-track cars, etc.), but the experience is nearly identical because the design IS as identical as possible, even including the same missing in-race data as in GT Sport, for example. The PS5 removed the limitations that GT Sport in VR had to be designed around, but it's inherently the same experience is all I meant, albeit absolutely inescapably improved; think Star Wars on VHS vs. Star Wars on DVD. It's what makes it such a great comparison for the 2 systems, but for those who never saw Star Wars, it is likely mind-blowing to experience it the first time on Blu-Ray, know what I mean?
@@Greydawg I didn't have the original vr, and gt sport never did it for me. So I'm kinda glad Gt7 is the full experience on a better headset. Glad you enjoyed it though.
@@Greydawg I played GT sports in vr and put it down after a couple of playing times. But with gt7 VR I have been playing everyday, for me the two experience feel very different and gt7 with psvr2 feels complete and transformative.
I honestly feel the sense of speed is faster, not slower, in VR. It was also the first thing my son said when he tried it, "Wow! It feels so much faster!"
Ive always 'liked' Gran Turismo but sometimes felt it was a bit bland and staid at times but in VR its a whole new experience. I've thought the same, the detail they pour into each car really pays off when you're sat in the drivers seat and you can hear the engine.
Thanks for this review! I really like how you pointed out the perspective difference that comes with realistic depth perception. I don't drive on tracks in real life, but I've done a fair bit of skiing/cycling and I know that cameras are not able to capture the real scale and perceived steepness of slopes. I knew the corkscrew was famous for this, but didn't even realize that hill on the 'Ring is actually so imposing. Also curious about Eau Rouge in VR. Really tempted to splurge on PSVR2. My favourite part of GT games is just driving the different cars around the tracks in time trial mode so VR should be a huge improvement.
Thanks for being informative and to the point and not wasting our time. It's getting rare these days without obnoxious youtubers that's blasts annoying Rap or trap music and advertising raid shadow legends or manscape
Call it Joyride mode. That would be awesome. They could have little mini levels like a nice hillside track or a little city where you could drive around in any direction at your will.
I have the PS4 version of GT7 though I will be buying the PS5 version soon to try out on my PS VR2. My experience with PS VR 2 has been great with Resident Evil village and Horizon Call of the mountain which have been impressive showpieces. Playstation VR2 enhances my PS5 gaming experience but I couldn't play it everyday though I am getting used to it.
The true cure for motion sickness is regular play , not extended play as long as you take it off and take a break when it starts and get back In when recovered , I can garentee over the days play sessions will get longer until your taking it off when you want too not when you feel sick 👍 the length of time to adapt is different for everyone me personally took about 3weeks to a month before I could play games for 5 hours + , but before that It was an hour tops for the first few days literally needing to lay in bed for 20 mins recovering by second week I was lasting 2-3 hours by fourth week I was more taking it off cause I was done than because I was feeling sick
Never I felt so intriguing when playing even the simplest mission such as music rally. The interior of classic cars are just quirky, including my all time favorite of Toyota 2000GT. It's mindblowing !!
I get more excited to buy a PS5 seeing this video. I have always wanted a good driving rig with seat, steering wheel and a big screen but my space has been limited for this. But seeing VR seem to be and work really great nowadays the space issue is not an issue anymore. Only need to get a playseat and a steering wheel which can be stowed away when not used and don't use too much space when used either. This video was exactly what I needed, thanks! 😃
Wow, You are literally the first one to say that there's no race position dash in VR mode! I wonder why noone mentions it, as it is pretty vital thing to the competetive game and I don't know if PD is about to address this somehow in the future
I own a high-end 4090 PC/HP Reverb and although the PSVR2 powered by the PS5(mid-range PC) can not touch the clarity and detail that provides it comes pretty close for the money spent. This is a must buy for those with a modest budget who wants to get the full VR experience. If Sony somehow comes out with a pc-version of their headset it will be the best in class and would justify an $700-$800 price tag in my book. Assuming it has foveated rendering built-in for the PC games.
Agree with this review, VR2 is a game-changer that will be hard to turn away from. I have never been this immersed. One of the other glaring omissions on the HUD, besides the standings, is throttle and break input, which is useful in a virtual environment, weather in VR or flat screen.
Perhaps the best review I have seen so far...totally agree with you, ex-muhle in real life is just shocking, if VR2 is able to bring that notion in a more realistic way, I am more than sold for buying this 🙌🏽
It’s very fun and very addicting on psvr2. Might be helpful to have a timer next to you. I know no one wants to hear this but set an hour alarm when you play gt7 on psvr2. It’s so fun you want to keep on playing. But I was on it for 2 hours and I’m so sick right now from motion sickness. It hurts.
'in VR you won't feel like you're going quite as fast...' I think you're in the minority with that opinion. Most reviewers perception, and my own, is completely the opposite - so much so, that I'm not missing the possibility to change the camera viewpoint to the very front of the car (which is my preferred view when playing flatscreen and made a huge difference to the feeling of speed in Driveclub VR)

Also the audio changes the feel of each car. Every car sounds so different and so realistic. I never noticed this while playing on a flat screen.
I love GT7 VR. It's my most played VR game and after playing it in VR it's really hard to go back to the flat screen version. I hope they release GT8 for the PSVR2, too.
They absolutely will. In comparison to other genres, its easy to bring a race game to VR. So no much effort is needed.
Agreed, it's tough to play normal GT7 now
I've only gone back to try out the new 120hz update!!
i only hope they can up the quality in the distance. Sometimes its hard to see the next curve.
Whats awesome is gt7 is the same engine from gt sport and is probably a modded engine from gt6/5. At least when it’s pa5 only it will be a huge step but once they make their next engine, it’s going to be beyond wild !
Thanks
It is wild how your mind plays tricks on you in vr, it actually does feel real inside these cars, so much so I find myself occasionally attempting to move an arm or a leg to get a better view of something
And a how each wheel in vr feels like the wheel I am using irl, no matter the size differences
I have to say, PSVR2 has me wanting to play Gran Turismo like I did when I was a kid. Next step is getting the wheel and pedals!
If you can afford it, the new Logitech Pro wheel and pedals are just awesome.
@@mrctuned2844 yes. Get that one!
Just grabbed one and a Titan cockpit. Its sublime. I keep trying to rest my elbow on the car door.
💯
A wheel and pedals makes driving Sims so much more fun!
Most accurate review I've seen yet. 👏
Just got my psvr2 yesterday and I feel it's a completely different game. Every car is a new experience and it makes you appreciate your car collection so much more.
I dont know about you but for me if I wear the PS pulse headphones with the PSVR2 it puts the headset into the perfect position for clarity on my head.
@@shadowbanned5164 what's the mic like on those?
@@shadowbanned5164 I have the Sony WH1000xm4's and they also sound amazing. Not sure if Pulse 3D which I also have offer that much more difference... The xm4's are extremely comfortable though so those are my go to.... Pricey bunch but I use them for a lot of other different things too
Did you have motion sickness my friend.?
@@PodiumTuningRacing The Pulse headphones are middle of the range as far as sound goes they are just the right size cups for me though so they push the PSVR2 up a fraction which seems to make a difference in clarity regularity.
I notice the difference In the cars so much more in VR. The difference between the Oversteery Honda NSX compared to the more understeer experience of the BRZ is massive and very noticeable in VR.
If you want to get impressed, do a VR Race in the Dark or Dawn.
Damn, that's impressive - and the sun is bright, as is the lights of other cars.
Spot on. Spa, or Grand Valley. Even Mount Panorama. OMG.
@@MasDouc how do you do that? I can only find the 30x time speed setting which makes it half an hour a minute and has been using that.

Another top-notch GTP review. Sony and PD sure knocked it out of the park with this one. In one update, I became a real life race car driver
Not a gimmick. Its Revolutionary!
On/off toggle would be perfect. I prefer without them, but sometimes you absolutely need some info.
I'm sure that stuff will be added
@@GreydawgHow do you watch replays in VR?
@@ThehanselloRight? Like how's my tires doing? I feel like they're gone but can't tell without the telemetry. Still prefer to race without a HUD. Right now I have it set to the most minimal above none. I think it just gives me my gear and current lap times.
The first time I put the headset on I was blown away it’s beyond amazing
Thanks Jordan!
It's hands down the best and most complete review about this VR update so far 👍
Like most gtplanet players on the dedicated thread, there's no way I play this game on TV ever again, it's as important as my wheel setup now!
Loved your preview all those weeks ago, it was your level of excitement that reassured me - I knew it was gonna be special. Thanks so much. LOVE IT.
Great review!! I usually don’t like the grind in gt games but i found myself loving the grind in psvr2. An amazing experience!!
Awesome review. Summed it up perfectly.👏
GT7 is the only game I play on PS5 and found both my rig and psvr2 worthwhile to realize the very true race experience.
Lol the reason i had to buy ps5 lol i feel stupid sometimes. I only play that one damn game.
About the camera "lock to horizon" feature,
it would be great if they put a toggle to switch to "lock to car" for those of us that prefer that instead.
Or a slider between both states.
Absolutely loving this in VR!
Great review & I agree with you after owing one for 2 weeks now
Thank you for creating such an honest and respective review of what the PSVR2 means for the Gran Turismo community!
I just recently upgraded to the Fanatec ecosystem after a year and a half with a Logitech G23. This is what I’ll be looking for next! 😁👍
I’m upgrading to the Fanatec universe from g29 after getting PSVR, can’t wait!
Don't overlook the new Logitech DD wheel, I absolutely love mine!
For me. It's both actually. It's a gimmick that is also a game changer too.
It's not a must have for everyone, but whoever got hands-on with this thing, it's an absolute experience to have. Plus having a sim rig, marvelous...
With a sim rig, it's literally the most fun I've had in ages.
Awesome Review , this is my top goto game on the vr2 👌👌👌
Full VR support for GT7 is a huge milestone for VR and the racing genre, and I'm so happy so see it being so well-received.
First played gt on the ps1 back in 96/97, never imagined playing it on a DD sim rig w VR 25 years later!
Yeah, back then if someone said youd be wearing goggles to game youd be like WTF?
THX!
This is THE definitive vr review I was looking for! Thank you
Thanks for the kind words!
Psvr2 x bullying sophy = excellent
Ghosting effect is due to 120fps being enabled on the devive, but the VR/game only throwing 60fps at you. To remove that both need to be on a unified setting
Essentially its the polar opposite of screen tear when the screen is 120hz for example, but console is throwing less fps.
I had also varying experiences with different cars and tracks.
One Track that I didn't like too much, that kinda made me sick was Deep Forest Raceway.
But Le Mans 24h course and Sardegna Raceway were fine.
VR feels like the cost effective solution to building a full cockpit for sim racing.
Best review of this godly combo! Good job 😄💪
fyi - if you need to re-centre your view just hold down the option button for a few seconds while keeping your head still and looking forward.
But you don't get "a few seconds" with on-line races due to the silly way gt7 starts races. You get 2 seconds
@@DingbatToast and 2 seconds is enough to hold the option button down...
Great review probably the best gt7 review I’ve seen yet and I’ve watched like 10 lol
What I do miss, and I hope it can be added in an Update, is
Watching the Full Replay from Within the Cockpit of the car in VR, Just like you have when Driving.
Then you could switch from Car to Car and get the experience of sitting / racing in that car.
VR replay from within the cockpit. That is a Needed update !
Oh, in the VR show room, the R3 and L3 buttons allow you to adjust your Height. ( joystick buttons )
Get down to ground level and check out the Suspension and Wheels.
or get your face at Headlamp level, you can see all the little details.
The custom paints come alive when you can see the individual flakes.
I must agreed, I can’t play gt7 in flat screen anymore😅
@@Greydawg GT7 is the full game in VR on psvr2. GT sport on psvr1 wasnt the full game.
Superb review...👍🏻
Thanks for being informative and to the point and not wasting our time. It's getting rare these days without obnoxious youtubers that's blasts annoying Rap or trap music and advertising raid shadow legends or manscape
This game now needs a general ‘pick a car and drive around this road filled location’ to experience them off the tracks. 🚗
Call it Joyride mode. That would be awesome.
They could have little mini levels like a nice hillside track or a little city where you could drive around in any direction at your will.

15:26 I thought those reflections on the classic car were a graphics glitch at first. Really impressive lighting effects on this game.
This gives me hope man
Excellent video, you make points no one else does
It did change my GT7. I playing with VR2 every time and don't want to play with my monitor anymore 👍
Very thorough and informative, thank you!
Man this game in VR 🔥♥️🔥♥️ also loving the rally stages too
This is the holy grail of PSVR2/GT7 videos on TH-cam..hands down!
Is it worth the upgrade from quest 2 or should i buy a pc for pc vr

Finally someone mentions the missing HUD. Unfortunately it makes proper strategic competitive racing impossible.
But all in all it's still great.
A great review and you certainly nailed some problem issues thank you pay attention developers.
It hurts.
it's an intense experience so immersive that the inability to take bathroom breaks or to answer your phone are simulated.
Yeah I thought some of the faster cars actually feel like its too fast for me
