    Thank you for sharing this! I was in a depressed slump scrolling Instagram, and saw your post about this workout, which inspired me enough to get out of bed and do the workout! I've lost all my strength over the last 2 years and gained weight due to severe mental health issues. this workout felt like the starting place I needed to help me get back up again.

      Exactly the same thing with me. Highly stressed, going through rough divorce, put on so much weight and basically just cannot move… I can’t believe I did this 10 mins workout for 3 days in a row!!!! Feels like the biggest achievement..

    Thanks so much Joe, this is exactly what I needed this morning. Had a rotten year, lost my Mum to covid at Christmas, had covid myself, sat around feeling depressed, gained a stone and completely lost what little fitness I had. Been putting it off but just got up off the sofa and did this workout and feel instantly elevated and motivated. I know I can do it because I feel like you’re actually speaking to me, thank you 🙏🏻🌟💕

    This is great. I find motivation the hardest thing to come by and that partnered with the paranoia about pounding on the floor and sounding like I'm coming through to the flat below, makes me never do any work outs at home. The lower impact is perfect for me (and my neighbour)...

    My very first work out in two years. I'm 57 and overweight. You are such a motivator, Jo. All your words and encouragement make sense. My motivation has bee so low.     Thank you Joe. I gained a lot of weight during the lockdowns and tea struggled to find motivation of any sort to do anything at all. Now that the majority of my clothes no longer fit me, and I’ve returned to work I’ve realised just how badly out of shape I am. Especially when I have to climb the stairs at work and struggle to get my breath back at the top. So here I am in April 2022 and I know you are the only one I trust to be able to help me get back some fitness (as well as helping my mental health). Please can I say a huge thank you for making these videos available via TH-cam. I know with your help and your positivity I can try to sort out my health. Thank you so much 🙏

    Thank you for this. I've really struggled the past 3 years with work outs due to having really bad ankles to the point I can just be walking and it will twist (outer tendon is too stretched so doesn't protect my ankle joint from popping out). Its very disheartening when you worry about just walking without injuries. I've gained probably over 3-4 maybe more stone. Looking at for low impact workouts that don't put too much pressure on my ankles are few and far between. To be honest my confidence and motivation to even try has been so low. I'm saving this workout and I'm going to make myself do it each morning after dropping the kids off to school and nursery this week. Hoping this is the start I need to help get me back in shape and more importantly, feeling better about myself again.

    I love this! It would be great if you'd add another Chapter/timestamp between Intro and Squats. The way you have it setup the intro is combined with the first exercises and it's hard to fast forward directly to that chapter. Not sure if this was an oversight but your intro technically stops at :35 not 4:15

    I’m on day 4 of this and today added the 10 minutes seniors as well, I’m 55, depressed and a stone overweight. Just amazing how much better I already feel. Joe is the only fitness person I’ve ever been able to stick with. Feels like he’s talking to me personally. If you’re depressed, no fitness and out of shape I urge you to give this a try. 💕

    I'm overweight but these workouts are the BEST. I try and do 2-3 of them each day eg. 5 min abs, 5 min butt, 10 min cardio. But honestly, if I'm really struggling I just make myself do the 10 min HIIT, as long as I do something each day. Best workouts on youtube imo.

    Amazing. I just done this whilst kids are distracted quickly. Recently pulled my back doing to much of a high intensity workout but this was a perfect ease back in. Will be using this for a few weeks now!

    This video was perfect when I first started my workout journey in November. I had an intense day walking yesterday and my muscles are slightly sore today but still wanted to get a workout in, so thought this would be perfect. So surprised to see how much I've improved in such a short space of time, I am so much faster, no breaks and surprised to see the end feel so quick!

I loved it, I have some joint issues at the minute but this workout was brilliant for me to do without adding too much pressure..10 minutes is perfect for a busy mum to slide into the day as kids are distracted.     I am now 4 days into my belly fat loss journey. I have been doing 2 of these a day and a 45-minute walk, as well as intermittent fasting. I hope to do this all the way until the end of the year and beyond. Thank you again for helping me start this journey.
