    Joe I'm 74 and don't enjoy working out, but you make is so interesting that I am willing to make this a priority in my daily routine. Thank you for your positive energy and comforting chatter-- since I found your series I haven't missed a day in 6 months!

    That really wasn't bad at all, I feel like most Fitness influencers scare beginners away by making workouts sound like they have to be these intimidating hour-long sessions were you are nothing but in pain, just some gentle exercise like this is significantly better than nothing and it doesn't scare people away.

    I hate working out but I know how healthy it is. It’s great to start easy like this to soften the mental barrier to start building a habit

    the nice encouragments really kept me going. i’m suffering from depression and i had a big episode all the way from september to this day. it made me stay in bed and eat junk, barely getting up to shower and brush my teeth, even less so to exercsise. i’ve gained a lot of weight and i am in the worst shape of my life, so even though as small of a workout as this made me tired and exhausted, it’s a start. i’ll get stronger each workout and my mental mood will also birghten :) mentall ilness like depression will never be truly gone, but i highly doubt exercsising occasionally will make it worse haha. just wanted to say thanks for this and the way you kept saying that 10 minutes is an amazing start.

    This is PERFECT for beginners! As someone who hasn’t exercised for a long time, the thought of any exercise can be very intimidating but this was just what I needed. Manageable, but it definitely worked my body and pushed me. Thanks a lot, Joe!

      I've been doing everyday. I used to be very active. Not so much lately, only an occasional hike

    Thank you so much for posting these beginners workouts. I’m committed this moth the start developing healthier habits but I’m not at the point where I can do a full 30-45 min workout. I’ve struggled with chronic pain and illness for years - This is perfect. 🎉 I love the little bits of education and encouragement throughout the video too. Thanks for validating my fitness journey that 10 min is enough to start! 😊❤

    Hello Joe seen you on the TV but never thought I'd use your TH-cam channel. I have always been pretty fit etc Anyway a long story but needed some keep fit.     Hi Joe, I have been doing this workout for almost a month now and haven’t lost a damn pound. I have 20-30 pounds to lose so I would have hoped to see some weight loss without changing my eating habits. I really like this workout and have advanced to not taking any breaks between reps and running in place at the end. What video do you recommend I go to next for some weight loss? Thanks for your help and again, I really enjoy this short workout.

    Thank you so much for sharing this workout 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 I’ve exercised for years so don’t consider myself a true beginner HOWEVER menopause has been a real learning curve and doing hi intensity workouts just don’t feel great anymore. I now embrace any movement in my day in order to look after my physical and mental health and you have such a way of teaching and encouraging that it makes me smile and I feel great just to have exercised SO AGAIN THANK YOU for always being there for us 🙏🏾🙏🏾🥰🥰💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

    Hurt my leg a few years ago, gained a lot of weight. It still bothers me but these shorter low impact workouts are great for me

    I only managed 7 minutes out of 10 minutes of this workout but that's because I'm fasting
