      Yes you can. And Otti or Akki Roti are the originals. I used a rice bhakri. Now they are similarish but it's basically made with rice flour and water. Rolled out and cooked on a pan.

    Request you to please upload a video on spare ribs at Lings pavallion or similar indo-chinese joint. The spare ribs in usa are cut to bite size pieces or r the rack which is a different style. I can't seem to find individual cut long ribs that are fried and then braised in yummy sauces like in India. Really miss those.

      Personal preference, but I’m not a fan. I never really liked pork and wound up marrying someone who didn’t eat it for religious reasons so I don’t eat it at all anymore either. It tastes fatty in a bad way to me. I much prefer chicken or beef.

    • @HKKetoRecipes
      @HKKetoRecipes  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      To me all are different. It's like asking which fruit is better, banana, apple or orange. They are all 3 fruits but they all taste completely different. I would always say try pork. Best to get pork with less fat the first time you eat it. But it is delicious. If you enjoy both chicken and mutton you will love pork. It's right in the middle of the two.

    Looks delicious !! Bro for you safety, I hope you don't have any Muslims in your neighborhood if so don't let them know that you are making Pork cooking. I had a bitter experience and was threatened for making Pork chops and bacon. Since then i eat pork only in restaurants

    • @HKKetoRecipes
      @HKKetoRecipes  9 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks but never had any issues with Muslims when I eat pork. My neighbour is one and they don't care what I eat or do not eat. The only people I've ever had issues with are religious Hindus about my beef eating. So it's safe to say Muslims are no issue. You see they don't care if other people eat pork, they just don't eat it. They make that choice because it's haram, not because they worship it. Hope that makes sense to you.

    • @davidpulan70

      @@HKKetoRecipes Thanks for sharing ! My experience is completely opposite. I am glad that your neighbors are ok but my recommendation is careful.
      my experience with Hindus mostly polite and frindly people . They don't eat beef citing these animals have human level consciousness but they are not hostile and non violent towards those eating beef( i see some of them complain in social media but in person they mind their work ).
      Either way, i feel nourishment is a right and no one should say things haram or holy ...them not eating because they hate or love that animal is OK but don't enforce on others.
      I love pets but if someone wants to eat dogs, cats, horses ...etc ... i have NO issues.

      No sir it is not. Just like your coffee beans are not burnt. You have to really push them to extreme levels of darkness. And I know it's not burnt because it has no acrid taste. It's a fine line but I did not cross it.

    Dude… really? Lol… so what is the biggest difference between Indian cuisine and Mexican
    I like tacos…. Any taco

    • @HKKetoRecipes
      @HKKetoRecipes  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      hahaha yeah so Mexican and Indian food is quite similar. Yes the taco/tortilla is one of the things kind of different. They use a lot of corn. The chilies are quite different. That's where a lot of the variation in flavour comes from. Quite possible the tomatos, coriander and other ingredients themselves have different flavours, albeit not major but minor. But yes very similar.
