Had severe bulimia for over a decade. As I started to recover, I started losing my teeth and had to get full mouth dentures, then started to gain weight. Apparently, prolonged bulimia affects your metabolism. Needless to say, but my self esteem as taken quite a few hits in the last 2 years. I have been STRUGGING to get myself healthy because I've lost who I am somewhere along the way. I'm declaring right now, I'm taking back my life and becoming a stronger version of myself. I can't take it anymore. Something has to change, and if I don't start it, who will? Thank you, Sydney, for your free workouts. I have crippling anxiety and body dysmorphia so, working out in public is not an option for me. Appreciate it.

I’m thankful for today’s workout and I’m going to need the support. My girlfriend and I made the difficult decision to take a break in our relationship for her to focus on physical therapy, her job, and personal life. I’m not giving up on the relationship and I’m willing to give her a second chance. I’m going to work on giving her personal space which will not be easy. When I first started working out with you in spring of 2021 Iwas 56 and couldn't do a single burpee. I'm now 58 and crushed that 90 second burpee/squat jump ladder. You've taught me that I can do hard things. I am so very grateful.
I had to split it up and do some before my daughter woke up and the rest after she went to school. I almost didn’t finish. I was really struggling with energy today-but I’m so proud I came back and completed it. Every day you can have a different measure of success-and that’s ok! Thx for helping me learn that Sydney ❤
Sadly couldn’t do the HOLIDAY SEASON WORKOUT as having back problem, had to modify this by doing standing abs kept it low impact, but still sweaty & it was still worth of 40 mins. Thanks Sydney for always making it so assessable for all fitness level. Blessed to have you as my wonderful trainer, said that I crushed this one again 😊💪💪💪💪💪💪
I know Sydney won't see this but this is to someone doing the workout after the day it was posted. I had to take four days off from the program to take care of my boyfriend, he was sick (it's not Covid don't worry, he has other health issues causing this), but I put my stuff aside to help him through it. Moral of the story is, I felt intimidated to do the actual workout schedule for today so I picked this one because I wanted just a quick cardio workout, and felt so happy to be back just after four days. SO if you are just starting out or coming back from a few days rest, or whatever the case may be, you decided to show up! Congrats, and I am cheering for you on the other side! xx

No equipment workouts are mentally hard for me. I much prefer weights and other equipment. But I did the workout and now that it’s done I’m so glad I did and I have a nice burst of energy!

Loved this workout ! This took me back to when I first found Sydney some time at the end of last year. I wanted to ease my way back into a workout routine without any equipments and these were my fav to do . I have not been in the best mental/emotional head space these past couple weeks and the beginning of each workout has just felt blah to me but the longer I stuck around, the better I felt by the end. I look forward to these uploads every single day and I so enjoy reading through the comments section to hype me up a bit beforehand .
