DI has a very tiny influence on your movement even if you don't get hit, but the prediction doesn't seem to calculate di properly, that's why it's sometimes wrong

Also fully agreed on the 30 sec timer. I much prefer the chess timer. Also just a quick suggestion, any time you see try catch will hit, check if optical laser will hit. Optical laser is so, so good in combos and gives you enough time to jump and continue comboing. Edit: another robot thing is step is a 2 part move. This is what makes it good on oki. If you press wait it stops the 2nd part, but if you hold you have the hitbox. This OTGs if they stayed on the ground but leaves you both ready (or sometimes even jails them) if they get up. Do not touch the green button! Do not whiff cancel this often. it spends your Burst just to give you a fraction or your moves, which will often not save you anyway. I saw you WCing 2 frames before you would have gotten your turn anyway. Getting a frame disadvantage at long range (longer than they can punish) is not bad. P. S. Car mod is very good. Forward is a 4 frame "attack" that is always cancellable - like a better old Step; Flip is immune to projectiles and grabs; Boost super is straight up invulnerable. It is better then base form at closest range

Boost is a strong move, you avoid it by staying higher in the air most times. 24:48 jump. un car modes. end of giant list. Robot is a character with a buncha cool tricks so the more you know the better you can play. Have fun XD.
tbh even tho u are learning the game it is cool to see ur thought process on what to do dont useally see that often in other yomi creators and the editing is super good loved the vid so so much :D
At the start of the second game, you should of turned into a car. I dunno what it would do past dodging the kunai but it's funny and that's what matters.

Chess timer is great - but it is pain when playing against Wizard, since it takes less time to throw Dart and Gust then to counter it.

whiff cancel makes you cancel your move and gets u ready in 2f so u should never do it if ur gonna be ready in 1f or 2f
also if u have minus 5 frames but they aren’t close to you then u dont need to worry about it
also also also u can actually free cancel when u have none left but it will take 1 super so u prob dont wanna do that very often
also also push block pushes ur opponent backwards when they hit ur block but it takes 1 meter so dont use it on projectiles
