Place another support under the floor of your balcony, it is giving way or bending due to load and you need a cross member beam under the floor between the verticle log trunk. Also, check the main beam that is attached to the tree trunk it could be showing signs of stress due to load bearing support

It appears to be a be a very old tree..maybe even 200 years old? Unfortunately it's no longer alive so why build on it as opposed to a live healthy tree? how long will it last will it not rot and fall over taking with it all your hard work...
