    I have dealt with moderate depression for my entire life. I absolutely have hated any other type of exercise I've tried so I've been rather sedentary. I started going to Core about 12 years ago and slowly realized that my depression had greatly improved. It's wonderful to get this science based affirmation of my findings. (I'm a science nerd so this discussion was wonderful - but left me with some questions). I'd love to see a breakdown of the effects of: heat alone, yoga alone, breath work alone, heat and breath work, heat and yoga, breath work and yoga. I know that takes lots of money though so I'll focus on REALLY appreciating this study and your conversation about it today. THANK YOU. (I've already sent this video to my psychiatrist and therapist)

    I cannot believe how few people have seen this video. Everything that is showing up in your research makes sense to those of us who practice heated yoga. Tell everyone. Everyone needs to know this 😊❤
