    අප්‍රිකානු රටවල මඤ්ඤොක්කා පිටි වලින් හදන එකටත්, සොගෝ මලෙන් ගන්නා ඇට වලටත්,
    විදේශ රටවල තපියෝකා කියනවා . නමුත් එම ගසේ කදෙන් ගන්න පිටි ගැන ඇහුවේ අදයි. ඒත් දැන් බොහෝ විට සොගෝ කියලත් තියෙනවා. ඇත්තටම මේ ගැන හොදින් සොයා බලා අපිට ඒ ගැන පහදා දීමට හැකි නම් ඉතාමත් ස්තුති වන්තවෙමි.

    Great info, if it is made out of real sago palm trees, if it was made out of tapioca or other flour nutrition info will be totally different, therefore make sure you are buying the right product.

      I don’t think sago is available in grocery stores anywhere in the world. It is derived from the flesh of the inner trunk of a big palm tree called the sago palm somewhat like the kithul palm of Sri Lanka but now those palms have been cut to extinction by deforestation of Wilpattuwa and Sinharaja and other forested areas for so called ‘development’ . Watch this video where they still grow and how people living in forests away from civilisation still use sago as a very nutritionist food. .     Kindly clarify the nutria facts of Sago taken by Tapioca. It’s very common in the market and rarely we can find real Sago made by Sago palm trees
