What kind of flour do you use? I tired the recipe with almond flour and that did not work at all for waffles or pancakes. Round 2 I used flour and that worked. Will wheat flour work too? (Also, don’t add the baking powder with all the other dry ingredients because it gets too thick.)
Have you calculated the calories and macro's for these recipes?

How do you reheat the burritos in the foil? Oven, obviously because no foil in the microwave. Temp and time, please.
I always just microwave them. We remove the foil to microwave then add it back to eat it on the run.
I use Apple Cider Vinegar instead of baking powder

I would suggest air frying it or even pop it in the microwave!

Do you not know that high protein intake ages you faster according to Dr Gregor of nutrition facts?
Totally. I’m reading How Not to Age and it’s so good! I do find that slightly higher protein helps keep my kids feel more satisfied and satiated though. We are not doing crazy high protein over here, but if I can make something and they won’t tell me they are hungry moments later than that’s a win.
Right, but also a high protein vegan diet is no where near the protein intakes of omnivore diets. And it's not likely she is going to eat every high protein meal all in one day, it's a good idea for people to just have these recipes handy so they can at least get their requirements or have something to show someone who is looking for a protein rich meal for example.
