Thank you for this video, I have a 90 year old old family friend who is on a very tight budget and doesn't have the money for a roofer to come out and fix the leak in the roof on her 1960s mobil home, very similar to the one you're repairing in this video. I'm gonna go fix it for her thanks to this product and your explanation of how to do it. Thanks again ...you rock dude!
Glad I found this video but now have to wait til spring to do this. Getting alot if rain and snow now. But sadly the water has caused my door to swell shut. Could you do a video on how to fix that. Not a handy person but will try as I'm alone.
So we had very heavy rain how long should I have to wait after it rains tk climb on the roof?? Also, how can you really inspect for leakage while you’re on top of the roof? Aren’t you suppose to inspect in areas that have roof staining ?? I always hired people to do this but now I want to do this on my own
Mobile homes have a moisture barrier that makes it hard to find where the water is coming in until it’s more then just a new leak…it’s a rotted stud and truss etc….best way to stay on top of the leaks is to maintain any cracks u see starting…I have to do my roof every year cuz we have the extremes of all the seasons in the Midwest…and a ton of wind! I hate wind the most….lol
A lifetime in florida has made me like Kool Seal, white, but you need to do it over(roller or mop) sometimes yearly. Black is a bad color in Florida. I like this tape though.
I am in Arkansas and need someone to re-tape the stacks and ridgeline on my 1997 Clayton. I am having an impossible time finding someone to get up there and do it. Can you recommend someone? Can anyone recommend someone?

Super important to roll that tape down with a good quality roller to keep it from lifting...
I am working on mine now. I didn't know I was supposed to do that. Thank you.

Dont you have to walk on it on ceiling raptor only? Or how about putting down a strip or two of plywood to walk on
We have to remove the old panels in order to do this ?? Than put this material on than add the new panel ?

How long does it last though
How much water proof tape did u used???
i cant believe there was un treated plywood around the air conditioner
Where can I buy this
neighborhood asset manager has a nice ring to it and you don’t have to work with kawk
So. If i’m planning on placing a metal roof over the same roof this mobile home has. Can they walk on the roof?
Very carefully….stay on the trusses…
Where to buy
Why quit making videos

Looks like the roof needs a new one
And if he used a longer galvanized sheet , there was no need for that.
