Can you apply white roof coating on it?

I have a very small building I'm renovating with two fiberglass (rolled) awnings out front. The awnings are custom size and color and would cost a lot to replace, and be a huge hassle to take off. I want to just use fibered asphalt roof coating on it after patching to seal and resurface it. I know this sort of stuff will stick and hold well because I've done my similar small awning at my house a decade ago and its still good. However, this only comes in black, and this place needs to be brown or it will look trashy. Is there any way to paint over it or color it?

Does it help deaden the noise on a metal roof?

I have this stubborn leak, I can’t fix it cause it’s not my problem. its a chimney leak. The whole roof needs to be replaced. I’m just gonna use this so i can fix the cieling damage

So we had very heavy rain how long should I have to wait after it rains tk climb on the roof?? Also, how can you really inspect for leakage while you’re on top of the roof? Aren’t you suppose to inspect in areas that have roof staining ?? I always hired people to do this but now I want to do this on my own

Super important to roll that tape down with a good quality roller to keep it from lifting...

A lifetime in florida has made me like Kool Seal, white, but you need to do it over(roller or mop) sometimes yearly. Black is a bad color in Florida. I like this tape though.

Power rollers will be problematic while applying this product. Also if spraying, you need a tip of at least .037 orifice and a pump that will support it.

Thank you for this video, I have a 90 year old old family friend who is on a very tight budget and doesn't have the money for a roofer to come out and fix the leak in the roof on her 1960s mobil home, very similar to the one you're repairing in this video. I'm gonna go fix it for her thanks to this product and your explanation of how to do it. Thanks again ...you rock dude!

This product ruined my driveway all water-based rubber latex sealant should not be used on a driveway Home Depot Lowes crap.

Something that works way better and gives you a better finish is a roller and a grid in a bucket like you are rolling out a wall

I'm looking at a residential roof with a very slight pitch; They already put some of the $40 black jack rubberized roof cement 7 gallon stuff.... can I put this product on top of that will it adhere good to that?
