🙌Nice, adding this to my weekly morning workout to replace your older videos that I was using.
Just a tip for anyone who wants to try, use your HR as a start/stop signal rather than time. So workout till %80 HR (160BPM) then rest till your HR drops to near resting (90BPM) then go again. To achieve this I usually do 3 exercises without breaks then have the longer rest. This helps with your cardio recovery and strengthening your heart.💪
To be honest, I used to use that method, but found my recovery time wasn't improving. Sticking to the 40/20 or 35/25 in Joe's workouts has improved my recovery time enormously. Including from football (which is very on/off) and middle distance running.
@@jaxonrox ok, well keep doing what works for you 💪. It worked for me and even lowered my resting HR.
