Hi Renee. Love your video. I fell this afternoon, and I am hurting a lot. I have a fracture in the shoulder. Please pray for me. Great things from the bags. God Bless you, and stay safe. Maria. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
It doesn't get better than this! So excited for you. Yes, Saturday afternoons my 2 sisters and I had to take turns wearing that cursed hair dryer. The edge of the plastic hood would dig into my forehead and leave a red band of pain that lasted for seemingly hours.
Those people would have been great friends. Even though, I have never met you in person I feel like that I know you. You get so excited to see vintage Christmas and Halloween
So I have to say this was great! I get so tickled watching you get excited. Some pretty cool items. Hey those paint cans will sell on eBay. People actually collect them. They don’t have to be full either. I know this because my husband collected them for his hobby room. Now that we have downsized into a Motorhome we have been selling all these collections. Let me tell you they sell well to guys that are into model kits or have a shop that they display them in. Have fun! Hope that house gives more bags!
You look like a little girl at christmas with all that cute stuff. I love the little indian. You are so happy with your lot and I can't think of anything better than to be as happy as you are right now. God Bless.............................................................................Ohio friend:))
That was the greatest trash bag unveiling EVER!!! When you started pulling out the vintage Halloween my eyes kept getting closer and closer to the screen lol!!! So so awesome. I'm so happy for you. I would love to find one of those cute pumpkin candle boxes in my travels 🎃
Almost all of those cleaning supplies, lysol, baby powder, shoe polish, Comet, etc. Those containers are all vintage and people might be interested in decorating with them. Like the Dixie cup dispenser. A lot of that stuff I haven't seen since the 70s early 80s. Earlier for the shoe shine polish. I loved watching your face light up like a Christmas tree with each new discovery. It makes my day brighter. 😊
You just get me-The excitement that you have, and your facial expressions-are priceless! Almost like a child on Christmas morning, getting the best toys! Love your videos-best reseller on YT! YOU ARE SIMPLY JOY, and FUN TO WATCH!
Great score on those Halloween items, Renée, I love your joy and enthusiasm ! Now the title of your next vid should be: "A walk through my beloved Halloween collection". :-) . Greets from GER, U.
Brake fluid restores rubber. I keep a bottle of brake fluid in my repair basket. I found a 1930’s pull toy with rubber wheels I was sure beyond hope. I soaked them overnight in brake fluid and the tires plumped up and were once again soft and pliable
Such a great towel. So glad your back today and cannot wait to see what treasures are waiting for us today. Fingers crossed that the house puts out more. Oh how I love the Halloween! I love the candles! What a hall!
You are probably second-guessing leaving behind a Christmas bag for the same reason I was thinking, because people often store all their holiday items in the same area. But it is also possible that these objects, because most of them were candles, were stored in a cooler space, like the basement. Perhaps they stored the Christmas items in an upstairs room or attic so you may find them on a different trash day. Don't give up hope!
@@PaperandMoose I live between a first responder hall and a hospital. I actually thought it was in my neighborhood. Thanks for your content. I always enjoy it.!
You make me SO HAPPY just watching how excited you get going through the trash bags!!! Your expressions are So Wonderful!!! Now I can go through the rest of the day with a smile on my face !!! THANKS AGAIN, Renee for sharing the treasures with me !!!
Hey lady! You should do a drive by and see what’s still at the curb! You love the same things as me! I’d keep those Santas even if they are a bit “melty””or faded! Gurley candles are a part of my childhood! My mom had several of these and had a TON of poinsettia candles she must have used for a big dinner party. I still have some of them!
Even those little cans of Spray enamel (Lot them together in one bag ) will sell to crafters at the flea market and THIS video would be a great commercial for whatever company/brand that makes those trash bags. Even Hangers won't puncture or tear them! They are SUPER strong. BTW Renee, as you say it is the ' thrill ' of the hunt to see what you can find as ' treasure '. And I am about to go load up a storage unit I bought online an hour ago for.... $1. Lets see what we find. **Will be sending you the link with next mail package for you to check them out. They do auctions in your area too
Really loved it! Remember what you always say about if it's meant to be you'll find it or however it goes? Quit worrying about those bags you didn't pick up. You've done very well. Love all this Halloween! So fun. ❤️💞💞💞🙏🙏🙏🙏🌞🎶🎶🎶🐦✌️👶
D'yas all wanna help out Renee?! Of course! Well, when an ad comes on, let it play through. Don't hit "Skip Ad". Think of it as a TV commercial you can't fast-forward through. Within that minute or two, you can always get up for a drink of water or a soda. So, if you're able to do it, let the ads play. It will help out Paper and Moose ... sort of a 'thank you' for the great video that she produces for us. Thank you, Renee, for this awesome video - loved the vintage Halloween stuff.
Once more saving treasures from the trash, love seeing the excitement on your face Renee when you do find some awesome stuff like those pumpkins WOW!!!!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗
You would have loved going through the trash bins I filled after my 93 year old mom passed away. We kept literally everything we could, I took carloads to charity, and I was too tired to have yard sales, etc. So much vintage stuff got tossed!
I love your explorations for possible treasures. I imagine I don't need to mention this, but I'll provide a reminder: More than 15 years after I had last worn my tuxedo (to an Inaugural Ball for Bill Clinton in January 1993) I was looking through it to find the size and found a 10-dollar bill in the jacket pocket. I have also found notes and matchbooks in old garments to remind me of old adventures in my life. Always check the pockets.
Loving the bags, always a treasure hunt! The tan lady suit is late 40's, early 50's. Should sell for a good price. The suit jackets are men's, probably not worth messing with. The ties you had the first time, the silky ones were 40's, the wider poly 70's, the narrower ones 50's and 60's. Looks like an older gentleman's lifetime collection. In good condition, colorful patterned 40's ties can bring 10 to 40$ each. Always a joy watching your treasure videos!
Being from Texas it is really hard to imagine candles surviving in an attic. They would be completely melted with our heat whether they were ever used or not. Albums don't due much better.
Used those hairdryers when I was young in the early to mid1960s. The hood kept coming down over your eyes but I was not full grown yet in the time period I used them so maybe an adult head would have fit better
The best antiques and vintage are always found in the trash. You just have to be persistent. Hopefully every town has at least one person watching the curbside.
Rene: hairdressers would be interested in the vintage hair tools. They could (and have been) used as salon decor. You might be pleasantly surprised by new collectors.
WOW, what great scores! I have a set of those Gurley candles, not burned. I love them. We used to buy them every year on Halloween at "Drug Fair." Great video, as always!
So happy for you with your great finds. Love how excited you get. You should use 'I love a good trash bag!' as your special phrase as so many TH-camrs have coined their own special phrase. Keep up all your wonderful videos!
The hairdryer brings back memories. When my sisters & I were around 7 yrs. old, we had to dry our hair wearing that bonnet, each taking a turn while the others laughed at how ridiculous we looked.🤯
Keep all those old cleaning and health/beauty products for your etsy shop. The Comet, the J&J powder-all of it. Great sellers! Some for a lot more than you'd think!
That trash haul had your name written all over it!!!!

Oh, that precious crochet girls dress.. love!! Fantastic finds today!!
It was so cute!
You are just as fun as watching a kid opening their Christmas gifts! Love seeing people happy!! Your smile makes my day......
Thanks so much Jackie!
It is fun to watch her get excited and laugh with delight!
@@DonVDBorgh YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Renee how fun this bag was! I love watching you in these older videos! Blessings your friend Joyce from California HUGS!❤
That was fun cool pumpkins and stuff.Go get more bags.lol
The tin was finally opened and inside... some plastic popsicle sticks haha :0)
😂
How fun!!!
I guess it is time to whip up some KoolAid and make some popsicles then....
Cool, were they the multi colored ones with holes in them?

I could sit here and watch you open trash bags for days. Congrats on the cool vintage finds!
A beauty shop might really like the vintage hair styling things you've found for shelf decor. Fun.

Taco never evens touches the bags you need to do a ride along
The costumes remind me of the gypsy costumes of the 50-60’s

You laugh..I had one of those hairdryers when I was young!! And I had and wore swimming caps!! What memories you incite!! Love it!!!
Your trash bag hauls are so fun!
I think the costume was a gypsy!! LOVE the candles and the fact you didn't have them. Loved your giggle!!
Great score on those Halloween items, Renée, I love your joy and enthusiasm ! Now the title of your next vid should be: "A walk through my beloved Halloween collection". :-) . Greets from GER, U.
Love the pumpkins, even the broken one. Just put a candle inside or a black whitch hat on it. Good score!🎃
Love watching and seeing how excited you get when you find something amazing. Such great finds.
Oh my! That hair dryer brought back memories! So did the swim caps! The caps were so uncomfortable!
Soak them in Vinagar water. Vinager softens and cleans rubber and plastic.
Yes I was just going to tell her the same thing♥️💚♥️💚
Love to see how happy this garbage bag opening made you.

Cracked me up when the ambulance went screaming by and you didn't say a thing... Chainsaw, lawnmower, leaf blower on the other hand! Lol
No way am I complaining about an ambulance, I usually say to myself that I hope everything is okay when I hear one of them. Now lawn equipment! Haha

I love that Happy Holidays door mat! It looked in perfect condition too. Nice finds for you, especially the vintage Halloween 👍😎🤘🐈💗
Try some Lysol spray on those bathing caps. I've used it to save vinyl purses, books, and fabric from mold. Love that towel.
Congrats on finding all the vintage Halloween items!!🎃🎃

GREAT FINDS!! Renee you can reshape those turkeys tail feathers by soaking them in a small amount of warm water then gently pull the tail into place.
"But wait, there's more!" This is probably my favorite trash haul you've made!
So much fun watching the expression on your face when you see something you're excited about! I love your garbage bag reveals!!!!!

So happy for you finding things you ❤. Vintage Halloween is so scarce anymore. Vintage Christmas is getting there too.

Renee, Congrats on the Gurley candles! Depending what parts are bent you can use a hair dryer warm up wax bend it gently back in place!
The Halloween finds, how fun! That Catalina bathing suit if in decent condition is worth something. Thanks for sharing.
I got this hairdryer as a Christmas
gift from a boyfriend when I was 18, long, long time ago…60s
Spent many a nite in hair rollers with that style dryer on my head so my hair was dry in morning. Painful rollers in my head, hard to sleep
