Those bags couldn't have gone to a better home! Those two fashion dolls could be a great add to some of your holiday decors. I can see either of them in their sparkly dresses and that beautiful big red cloak and going off to the holiday ball!

Hard side suitcases will keep Christmas ornaments clean and dry.. those Green Touristers were like my H S graduation gift in ‘64. They now still store my ornaments. You left a goldmine on the curb!!
The vintage Barbie is simply gorgeous!!! The handmade Barbie clothes I really cool someone actually took the time to hand-sew those themselves that's an awesome find.
You had me laughing out loud when you said-if there’s halloween stuff, prepare yourself now 😂. I love watching your channel for the pure delight you have in the discovery of trash treasures!
Esther ross Newman I also got a set for graduation! But my parents took us to Hawaii to celebrate! Dad passed away suddenly on March 8th. He was 85. And in great health. My mom and dad always took us on big vacations. My sister and I are so greatful and we appreciate all our parents did.
That second Barbie looked so much like the lady in Bewitched! Your excitement was SO contagious and I am looking forward to seeing the rest! WooHoo! I am 56 and I couldn’t have lived my teens and twenty years without them!! I used them right up until about 10 years ago! 😁💕

Oh my, this was a great video and brought back memories. I wore the “scrunchy shirts with my hip hugger bell bottoms when I was a SR in HS 1972/73. Also had the rollers in a blue case. I received a similar set of blue luggage as a graduation gift in 1973. Looking forward to seeing what’s in the other bags💕

Nope, not Francie. She’s a Twist ‘n Turn Barbie. Not SUPER valuable, but still a very nice find! www.fashion-doll-guide.com/Vintage-Twist-n-Turn-Barbie-Doll.html

Yay! I’m glad you took all the bags!! That was filled with great stuff! I love that green bag! That would definitely be a keeper 😁 Looking forward you seeing the other bags!
What a cool trash pick!! I loved the vintage suitcases!! Would've had to take them all! Love those pretty Barbies & all of those clothes!! Reminds me of when I was little!! Great video!! Can't wait to see what's in the other bags!! Take care!!
My grandma sewed Barbie clothes for me, my sister, and cousins. Delicate, tiny clothes using scraps of fabrics she already had and snaps. And she was already probably arthritic but, she did it! Amazing! I don't think that was so unusual then, in the 1960s-70s. My grandma was a tough Iowa farm woman. She made do with what she had, and could do anything. I love the Barbie finds, Renee!
I forgot about those scrunchy shirts. More proof that the owner of that toy box would be around my age (born 1960). I was hoping you would take every bit of the luggage as well as the trash bags. Love seeing all of this. The blonde Barbie is called a "twist n turn" Barbie. I have a brunette with that same lovely face. Got her in 1967 when I had my tonsils out.
Renee, Sue from the channel Sue Me is very knowledgeable about Barbie dolls. I get as excited as you when you dig through the trash. I'm really enjoying your channel.

@@PaperandMoose It's also FUN when you find Money/Cash/coins in storage lockers. Found 4 $1 bills in little cosmetics bag but also $13 in coins... and most were rolled up already. How ' thoughtful ' of them to leave them for me ;-) (The $105 is Kohl's Gift cards with them was even nicer ) BTW-you should be getting a letter from me (should have arrived by now) Putting together my first box to ship this week.. but there will be more ' storage locker finds ' in later boxes as well
Like a little kid in a candy shop!! Loved the dolls .when my girls were little. I made an entire suitcase of clothes off their dolls!! My fingers were raw from the tiny buttons, snaps, and grippers to sew!!
I was excited seeing the homemade doll clothes. My Mom ( now deceased) crocheted doll clothes for my Granddaughters. It was so special! Great trash haul. Love your videos!!
I was disappointed Renee didn't go back for all the luggage and bags. That brown smooth one is very vintage and the tweed set would have sold complete at the flea market or online (which is all we have these days) and all the other bags. By the way the green set including the one left behind was almost exactly like the one I received as a graduation gift in 1967. No stripes tho.

Dear Rene, the truth is that you need a car that is big enough for the many good finds that you mostly make. Even if you can stack well, your current car is simply too small. Love your channel, you are so great. Stay safe and healthy🤩💫☘️💐
I had those very same rollers in high school too! Those babies were hot when the steam went down your neck! And the clips.....oh the memories. Thank you for sharing!! ❤️

Your going to be a champion, me I would have taken all those suitcases, sell them online as retro , car enthusiasts like myself love to have suitcases of the era of the cars we own, it looks good in the boot or trunk as you call it,
Oh my goodness what a great find! I adore those dolls especially the non Barbie. She looks like a vintage pinup. Those cases are gorgeous. I did like the tweed cases that were there too. Shame that case you left didn't have a handle as it had such a great vintage colour. I think I'd have had to take it all lol. Definitely a house to watch. Thanks so much for sharing x
I know that was so much fun for you! It was fun for me and I was just watching! Loved the Barbies! I loved to play with my Barbie dolls when I was little. I’m 65 years old and would love to have those old dolls now!
My grandma had those light brown hardsided suitcases.I inherited the makeup/carry on case.Your enthusiam makes me smile! Will look forward to the next video!
My parents had a set of the light brown hardsided Samsonite suitcases, too (so from the 1950's). I remember the makeup/carry on case with the mirror in the lid and a plastic tray that fit into the top. Also, a roundish case with a single strap. Those suitcases were pretty much indestructible!
Amazing: you killed it! First off: the ideal doll is called Misty. It's commonly mistaken with Tammy ( same family of dolls) her hair is really nice which will give you a better price ( $30- $40, but take a look, I may be wrong.) The other doll you have correctly identified as Barbie, she's a Twist and Turn Barbie I believe ( may have been marketed under another name, not sure) from the late 60s or early 70s. I collected Barbies and other dolls for some time so I have run across quite a few types. So thrilled that you found some Halloween stuff- cannot wait for your next video!
You did great Renee, I couldn't wait to see what you'd be pulling out next. the happy look on your face said it all. Love the dolls, I had a Barbie when i was a kid don't know what happened to it. Lost it years ago.
Very cool finds! I just sold a bar of Cashmere bouquet soap on ebay that I picked up for 50 cents at an estate sale. Thanks for sharing! God bless, Kim
This is my favorite kind of video. We get to see authentic emotions as we you get to see it at the same time as we do. 😊 Makes me wonder if they went on vacation, came home, and maybe somebody got sick? They literally just never unpacked that luggage. 😕 But, I have definitely pulled a suitcase out to use and found stuff I just left from the last trip. I can’t wait to see the rest.
Loved this video - amazing stuff. The Barbie and clothes reminded me of my Grandma who was a seamstress (in the 1920s) and handmade gorgeous clothes for my Barbie and Daisy dolls

The Clairol curlers go for a little bit of money on eBay especially if the pins are still with it, even the pins can be sold separately for money. Love love love how you dig into those bags.
Paper Junking Those Clairol curlers were big among the woman in my family. Years ago my great uncle worked at the Clairol factory up in Stamford CT. Needless to say everyone had make up mirrors & tons of lipsticks & eye shadows.
Wow! It’s amazing what you saved from the trash! Well done! I was rooting for you to pick up that orange leather suitcase though - hopefully someone else took it. Your enthusiasm is fun to watch!
That was a BLAST!!! Never leave vintage luggage. Even if it’s not your style or color preference take it because someone will buy it!!! I wanted you to go through all the bags. LOL. Thanks for sharing 💕. You are so precious!!
At my flea market, I would have someone offer me a few dollars, maybe $5 tops for a vintage suitcase. I have many at home already that I use in my décor, so that's why I only took a few.
Yes barbie clothes are expensive and kids dont care if hand made or not. When I was small and for Christmas one year I got a barbie and a ton of clothes my mom made it was great be ause I had all these clothes for my barbie.
I love the green Tiara luggage! It is from the 50's. I have the train case that goes with it that I got at Goodwill for $4! Perfect condition and even has the Bakelite tray. I am using it as a sewing/crocheting box :)
I love watching all of your finds! But this one with the green suitcases & Bahama finds bathing suits etc. it brought back my childhood! My mom & dad traveled & this was so cute. Oh & the 1 bag I knew it was 70’s! It was so me. Thanks again. Wish I could hangout with you to go hunting. Keep finding treasures! 🥰
That Halloween loot bag was so awesome!!!! I would make a junk journal out of that for sure. BTW, I make my own Barbie clothes. My friends have yearly Barbie retreats and we donate dressed dolls to charities. 😊
you're right about the Barbie markings: those ones on the butt denote the year of the body design, not necessarily the year the toy was made. That will usually be on the back of the neck. I reckon that one is probably an original from '66 though, by the look of it. Nice score! (I'm not a connoisseur, but a casual re-seller. It's the same with Ken dolls and Action Man etc)
I did a little bit more research & this is a Twist and Turn Barbie from 1966. She has a slanted waist, not a straight cut waist, so that was helpful in identifying the model type.
Maybe I should start looking into "trash" bags...and I might find my very own doll! [LOL] Come summer, you and Barbie will have to stage a fashion show! Again...a big [LOL]! Glad to see you had a successful find! We all need cheer and happiness in these trying times! Be well!!
Hi Louise, I am from England too! I love watching Paper and Moose vlogs and Taco Stacks. If you like vlogs about antiques, renovating a potters house, doing up an old antique store etc try Curiosity Inc. Got to do something to get through the lockdown hey?!🙂🏡🐕
I’m sad you didn’t take the other suitcases. My grandmother had those in the 30s and 40s. That torn Halloween bag, the tag in the first suitcase, and napkins can all be used by junk journalists! The scrunched shirts were a big fad for awhile. They look completely different on than off. Great finds!!!!!

Paper Junking Those Clairol curlers were big among the woman in my family. Years ago my great uncle worked at the Clairol factory up in Stamford CT. Needless to say everyone had make up mirrors & tons of lipsticks & eye shadows.
Omg! The Clairol curlers! Used that set every day in the 70s and 80s!
Wow! It’s amazing what you saved from the trash! Well done! I was rooting for you to pick up that orange leather suitcase though - hopefully someone else took it. Your enthusiasm is fun to watch!
Go back for that little brown suitcase! We sell those all the time!!!
Thank you thank you for sharing your joy. It is very needed indeed!!
Battery compartments can be cleaned-use vinegar wit Qtip
Dear Paper and Moose, I just want to say thank you....this video brought me so much joy! Kind regards, Nathan
Glad you enjoyed it!
I wanted that brown leather suitcase!
The way your face lit up when you found that Holloween bag...........Priceless' Your video has made my day
That was my favorite find in that bag!
Fantastic finds I would have taken everything trash or not so exciting, more to come can't wait thank you.👍😀
That was a BLAST!!!
That’s a vintage barbie! The clothes, even the hand made ones sell online.
Yes barbie clothes are expensive and kids dont care if hand made or not. When I was small and for Christmas one year I got a barbie and a ton of clothes my mom made it was great be ause I had all these clothes for my barbie.
That looked like the I Dream Of Jeannie Barbie
I love the green Tiara luggage! It is from the 50's. I have the train case that goes with it that I got at Goodwill for $4! Perfect condition and even has the Bakelite tray. I am using it as a sewing/crocheting box :)
Ooo I looked bakelite!! I COLLECT IT!! TOO MUCH UNFORTUNATELY!! LOL
Delighted for you, you go girl, with blessings 🇬🇧👌
I love watching all of your finds! But this one with the green suitcases & Bahama finds bathing suits etc. it brought back my childhood! My mom & dad traveled & this was so cute. Oh & the 1 bag I knew it was 70’s! It was so me. Thanks again. Wish I could hangout with you to go hunting. Keep finding treasures! 🥰
Look who's almost at 20k subscribers! Go Girl!
@@PaperandMoose ah cool! very nice :)
Maybe I should start looking into "trash" bags...and I might find my very own doll! [LOL] Come summer, you and Barbie will have to stage a fashion show! Again...a big [LOL]! Glad to see you had a successful find! We all need cheer and happiness in these trying times! Be well!!
Barbie specialist is Sue Me. She has a channel.
Lynn Lopez Correct me if I’m wrong but I think Sue Is recognized in the industry as being an expert in Barbie, dolls, and antique hand held fans...
i was going to say that as well. :)
Yes Sue me is the person to ask question about the Doll ..
You tube. Sue me is her channel ..
And taco Stack for the Golf balls..he know them well ...
Those 1966 Barbies are money for sure! Congrats!
Good spider senses to grab that bag! 😁
Check out the dates on the coins !
The doll from Ideal is familar- probably collectable. VERY much enjoyed this offering of all the best the curb can hold ! Thanks Kris
New subscriber from England: hello!!! Loving your videos! Stay safe x
Hi Louise - thank you for watching & subscribing! It is much appreciated!
Hi Louise, I am from England too! I love watching Paper and Moose vlogs and Taco Stacks. If you like vlogs about antiques, renovating a potters house, doing up an old antique store etc try Curiosity Inc. He is in Edmonton, Canada and the first one was about him buying a Disney cell from a homeless man which turned out to be an original. I won't spoil the rest for you, well worth watching. Got to do something to get through the lockdown hey?!🙂🏡🐕
Another awesome find for you Rene' Happy for you and love it that someone beside myself gets excited of finding a quarter.
I get excited over finding pennies too haha.
@@PaperandMoose me too!
I’m sad you didn’t take the other suitcases. My grandmother had those in the 30s and 40s. That torn Halloween bag, the tag in the first suitcase, and napkins can all be used by junk journalists! The scrunched shirts were a big fad for awhile. They look completely different on than off. Great finds!!!!!
me too. i wanted her to take ALL the luggage!
Yes the scrunchie shirts ,I think we called them bubble tops. They look as mall but you would be surprised at how much they stretch.
OMG! I'm so happy for you! I didn't see you check the brown suit case! It looked like it was in great shape, and it might have had stuff in it too! Can't wait till the next one! I bet you'll be to excited to sleep! LOL TFS Hugs!
I think you would look great in those scrunchie shirts! Very 70's!
Hi Renee I have been watching your older videos and some of your new ones. I love all your videos. I think 🤔 i like these older videos best. It's so fun to see what you find in those bags!! Blessings your friend Joyce from California HUGS ❤️ 🫂 🤗
I can't wait to see what's in the bags! I had those curlers you found in the suitcase! They were great!
Is the luggage American Tourister? Great vintage brand. How exciting! I can never wait till the end to comment. Sorry.
I had those curlers too❤
You are so wonderful! Your enthusiasm is delightful and your giggles and laughter brighten my day. Keep up the good work.
