I made these today. I used egg whites and 1 scoop of chocolate and vanilla protein. The batter was roughly 380 calories and it made 5 big pancakes. I was full after 3 and 80 grams of protein total. Thanks buff dudes!

    Here is my recipe:
    1 banana
    1 egg
1 decilitre protein powder (I use chocolate)
    1/2 decilitre oatmeal
    1/2 decilitre milk
    10gram peanut butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon (up to you)
Mix it all, i use a mixer so the order does not really matter for me but i try to add the milk last.
Have the pan on medium and wait until the surface is dry, then turn it around and let it fry for about a minute (not to long or else the pancake will be dry)
    Around 520 kcal
    45g protein
    45g carbs
    15g fat

@@isaaccraig3666 It's a food measure all around the world, I guess you are from US? It's easier to just use it than weight the oats.

    🚨RECIPE DRYNESS FIX!!🚨
Some of the comments say that these came out very, very dry, so for my first attempt at making them I added 3/4 unsweetened almond milk, and they came out PERFECT!!
They were really delicious, particularly with blueberries cooked in, strawberries on top, and maple grove farms sugar free syrup and a little Hershey's sugar free syrup. I think it came out to about 450 calories with my add ons, but they are obviously optional.
P.S. it came out as more of a scramble for me, but I suspect that that's due to my inferior pancake flipping skills and not so much the quality of the recipe!!:)

This is amazing. Even more amazing if while the pancakes are on the skillet put some blueberries on top and as they cook with the pancake they release their sugars for an amazing taste. Great substitute for syrup.

I use mashed banana actually to substitude the flour and it works. I just put in the blender 1 mashed banana with 1 egg white and 1 scoop of whey and 50 ml water and 1 tsp of baking powder. The banana substitude the flour great. And trust me, it makes a huge difference in the flavour and the volume of the pancake +Got your carbs

I made these today with the 3/4 cup egg whites and 2 scoops of chocolate casein and they were pretty awesome, kinda like chocolate pudding, but cooked into little paddies.
The only thing was that when I mixed the egg whites and the casein, it didn't come out the way yours did. Yours was nice and liquidy and poured into the pan by itself, mine came out much thicker, like a paste that I had to scoop out with a spoon and smack into the pan. Can you add water to this? More egg whites?

I'm doing something similar there. I'm using 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 100g of low fat cottage cheese, and 3 spoons of oat! blend that up and make that kind of pancakes. Meanwhile i use 0,9% fat milk + scoop of protein (any flavor you like) and make like a topping. I spread that topping over the pancakes and there you go low fat full protein ultra good flavor pancakes similar to these ;)

Great recipe, quick and easy to make.
Just wondering if you’ve got the macros right, though?
Maybe a difference in protein powders, but usually 24g of protein = 2 scoops not 1. Or 1 serving = 2 scoops = 24 grams of protein per serving.
I guess I’m wondering if your protein powder contains 24g of protein per single scoop? And if that’s the case, which brand did you use?
Old video, hopefully you’ll reply. Just curious if I might be missing something...
    Thanks!
    Love your channel!
