    As someone that likes bread, it's good to see a fitness based channel showing how you can eat 4 slices bread and still stay under your calorie goal

      What's wrong with bread?

    • @escocoward
      @escocoward 2 ปีที่แล้ว +84

      @@maqezinho9243 in moderation nothing really, it's just that in the fitness world, simple carbs are seen as a big no no but I've lost weight and gained muscle while eating simple carbs like cereal and bread. Of course in moderation as the calories are kinda inefficient if that makes sense.
      So it's cool to see someone in fitness actually mention bread as part of what they eat.

    Hi Felu and everyone! Just wanna remind everyone that if ur upping ur protein to build and increase muscle mass on ur body u have to make sure to match the protein increase with fibre and antioxidants. This is extremely important and not doing so can create serious digestion problems, inflammation, and uncontrolled free radicals. If u aren’t supporting ur immune system with antioxidants and fibre free radicals will not be suppressed and metabolized properly and if u want to know what that does to ur body do ur own research. Stay safe and healthy everyone! 😁
