For me game looks good. I don't know why some people say it looks like PS3... We haven't even seen it ourselves in 4K.

@@meteorsr2339as a PS3 gamer myself that havent bought PS4, this new TD is nothing like ps3 games. Its more detail than old TD so im very proud of this new game. Its so weird that people will find a way to complain for no reason even thought the game havent release yet.
Bro they act as if The Crew 2 doesn’t exist that game looks absolutely terrible and it’s still thriving with a community and updates to this day The Crew 2 looks 10 times worse than this game with far less features no game not even GTA has functional windows, functional roof, functional headlights, functional taillights, functional interior, functional turning signals, functional hazard lights and variety of radio stations all in one game you have a few games that have a few of these features but none have all of these features that’s already far superior to other open world games it’s been over 15yrs and no game has seemed to be able to put all of this in a game smh the only game that has done it and now done it again is TDU and it’s literally alpha footage that’s why it doesn’t look optimized even GTA 6 leaks got clowned for look like a PS3 game at this point I don’t care what the game looks like give me a working game with great gameplay and features Fortnite is damn cartoon game and is one of the most played games in the world graphics are not everything we see unreal engine 5 that is the most realistic graphics can get it won’t surpass that the games are literally real life and that’s extremely new technology they have been working on this game for years and never made a open world game and don’t have the budget of a Triple A studio besides that I want you name a triple A company that still makes amazing games at launch or do they all just give you years worth of patches and micro transactions with no actual content

This game is looking really good. Nothing in this game looks like PS3 era. For Alpha this looks really good. Great work from Kylotonn so far.
Also 10 HOURS of music and radio ads, yes radio ads are returning, for each station, 60 hours in total. That has to be a record for longest radio station and music list in any video game! I never expected this!
Kylotonn is doing crazy job with the game, they have MASSIVE potential to make the best open world racing game to date. Looking really promising so far!
I also hope they support custom radio stations! Better if Spotify integration is possible.

This is amazing for alpha footage. Of course the smaller tweaks can be worked on in the upcoming months and the graphics is typically the aspect that’s touched up on last, so I’m not concerned about visuals at all. Even then, this is still amazing.
This would be a perfect game for PlayStation players who love Forza Horizon but don’t have PC/Xbox, which I’m happy for (I know there’s the crew 2 but the physics and handling felt off, also floaty imo.)

realistic gearbox was in MW2012.
those shifting algorithms in 2015 and payback are shit.
in heat and unbound gearbox is very stupid for cruise and shifts gears only on redline

@@TRACKSTARRR it has but it doesn't work as it should. it have kickdown but kickdown isn't only the one thing that makes the gearbox work realistic.
in 2015 gearbox will shift up on almost on redline with throttle input above 50%. if you press the throttle at 10% it will shift only on redline. totally shit.
almost same in payback, but there it's a little bit smarter.
the most realistic gearbox in nfs that i've played was in mw2012. it works similar to beamng where it's really good.

Games of this scale can't have the greatest graphics. It's still amazing how great it looks, I hope it will preform at 60fps at least. There's probably no optimisation in this alpha version so I'm hopeful.
Also anyone saying about older playstation graphics either haven't played or seen games on the ps2 or ps3.
How big will the map be? Do you know anything about it? Bigger than FH5’s map?
@@henriquedelben It's definitely smaller than FH5's but I think Forza's a bit too big anyway. It's still a massive map though, probably not mostly city roads but we know Forza is guilty of that as well. I hope it'll be as close as it can to the real island. It's made by a smaller studio and with an over 10 year gap between games.
What I hope for is for this game to rival the dominance of FH and NFS. They both flopped in their latest releases and with their updates.
@@henriquedelben it's going to be smaller than FH5 in terms of surface area, but as it's a 1:1 replica of Hong Kong Island the road density is i think twice that of FH5, so overall the map may feel bigger, but don't count on it - you can still do a full lap in less than 10 minutes

My biggest worry is physics. Im so sick of clunky janky ass NFS physics. But i also don't want it to be over complicated and difficult to drive. I really want decent driving physics that you dont have to "learn" by driving completely against the laws of physics. Or that stupid brake to drift model.
Test drive unlimited was one of my favorite racing games when I was younger. But I didn't really understand how to play the game then, so I lost interest. Picked it back up a few years ago on Xbox and managed to get pretty far. Owned a few houses, multiple cars, and just about knew the roads. Can't wait to play this one now and see how the game has changed.
I hope there will be tratfic in the game further it looks pretty good.
They know how it must to be ! i can imagine cruising on this island whith good physics perhaps most realistics than we never seen in an open world game ! french touch will never end
physics feel a bit iffy in the sense that it feels as though the car has drag tires on. I mean if theyre going for something like need for speed's handling then sure but if they were going for something more realistic like forza, GT7, Assetto corsa, etc. then theyve missed it. Doesnt look like you can hold a drift for more than a second.
Other than that though from what ive seen the map looks great and graphics are good for alpha, currently does look like it couldve came out in 2016-2017, hopefully itll improve.
Definetely does not look like a ps3 game, although it does look like something released in 2014-2015, but its pre alpha so everything seems fine!

Ps3 era graphics back then actually looked pretty good dunno why their saying it looks ps3 in a negative way. This however looks like a unity game and sleeping dogs Hong Kong looks better But it’s not even done so it could change a lot.
The physics look promising just watching you can see the cars heaviness when turning just like Gt7. This being alpha build gives hope for the finished build. They also need to consider the ps4 as time goes on . Watch some videos of gt7 on my channel(recent upload was laggy due to poor connection so you can watch the older ones but can watch the recent upload for sound) all footages from ps4 so I don’t think ps4 should be excluded they can add ps4 as time goes on maybe after their release until the Gran Turismo 7 is the best most realistic driving game I’ll be playing. I won’t be buying a ps5 for one game. Maybe when gta 6 comes out in 2 years. Not a Pc fan as well.
You holding yourself back not getting a PC. Way better games and more of them on that side. Sounds like you're scared you'll find better softwares than your precious Gran Turismo. Play Assetto Corsa or BeamNG and you'd quickly figure out that Gran Turismo is not realistic and neither would this game be.

I hope it improves though since it's an Alpha version. My biggest hope about this game has been physics, driving physics and I hope not end up disappointed. The graphics is way better than I expected l, especially environment, car is good looking.

Yea I believe so. You could do so in tdu 1 and 2. Also you are able to tweak the suspension and driving characteristics to drift specs
