Die Zeit ist doch sowas von egal, aber für die kleine Bude echt gut. Der GR86 macht einfach unglaublich viel Spass auf der Landstraße mit vielen Kurven. Ein Beschleunigungsmonster ist er definitiv nicht, muss er aber auch nicht sein. Ich bin viele Autos gefahren die mehr als das doppelte an Leistung haben. Aber so viel Spass wie im GR 86 hatte ich in keinem anderen :))
He's so big, it's like riding a magic carpet.

Andrea's lap if the circuit had been complete would have taken 8:32, because the part that he didn't jump, in the official record the gr86 took about 30 seconds flat... so at 7:59 I added 30 seconds and he came outside a hypothetical 8:32 with a busy track, congratulations to Andrea 🤝🤝👏👏

Really interested to see how much the lap time can be improved by a set of proper coilovers, header exhaust + NA tune, and proper pads, brake lines and fluid. Is it possible to get into 7'4x"?

those tyres are probably worth >20 seconds quicker on this track over stock. so hardly stock, but good to see a sub 8 mins on just half decent tyres. basicaly how the car would have come stock if it was from any other maker.

Considering tyres are the biggest performance differentiator, i wouldn't call it stock.
i don't want to take anything away from his lap. it was great, but to me, stock is stock. this has wider, stickier tyres

Wider tyres and wheels, oil baffle and better oil, oil cooler and wow 7.59 is bloody impressive, I’ve been in 500hp 911 GT2 with a good driver and can’t get under 8.00, hats off, I have a GR86, I’ve done the wheels and tyres, oil baffle, better oil and oil cooler here I come 👍🏻
He better be careful because with all that extra grip from those tires, he's probably going to starve the engine of oil from all the Gs.
@@johnybigarms that's down to the driver, not the car. I could only do an 8.30 on a 600. Andy Carlile managed a 7.10 btg.

This is BTG time, not a full lap, so it’s really not that fast. Full lap takes a GR86 closer to 8:30 minutes
Why are you expecting a REALLY fast lap time for a car with 230 hp...
I don't believe that. There's a video of a stock first gen getting like 8:20.
@@BRZguy Jesus Christ can you guys not read? That’s a Bridge to Gantry time. Not the full Nordschleife. Full Nordschliefe takes the old gen over 9 minutes to complete. If you are gonna compare times, compare the full lap time. GR Yaris for example takes around 8:15 minutes for a FULL LAP. GR86 is around 8:30
