I would just shoot some people inside and wait for the police to show up, and shoot them as they came in. I'd also use a rocket to start a fire at the door and they would all run into it lol.
wish there was a open hospital/interior like that in V
3:45 there are a lot of games where if you approach an area before having a disguise and then come back with one the NPCs would not recognize you, it's cool that they put this detail in

i read somewhere online that if you date Kiki Jenkins to 80%, she can remove your wanted level by 3 stars max. Haven't tried it though.
Just like Lester in GTA Online, you can't call him in Heists or other missions

one of my favorite missions. I always used to trip the doctor on his way out and he would get scared and run around the hospital screaming, but the cops / other peds would have no reaction & it was hilarious

Ah, I remember constantly having a shootout with the police in the hospital. Back when every mission place was open instead now in GTA V you can’t even enter Cluckin bell without glitching to every place.

You always have a choice, but some choices have worse consequences.
In his case, he chose to get involved with crime and when the police started reading down charges against him he decided to rat to save his skin. Plus, he would implicate people if he testified including Niko. Threatening or attempting to testify in a criminal organization is a death sentence.
Maybe you should try the mission on a bike. I drove up all the way to Anthony's room on NRG 900 bike, cops didn't start shooting and just slammed life-support machine with my bike. Was arrested while waiting for sliding doors to open on the way out.

I wish gta 4 had silent knife executions. By the way, I managed one. Remember mission in the strip bar, when you have to kill 3 guys? Yeah, I came into the room where one of em was counting money, so I killed him with a knife and nobody heard. May consider it to be a silent execution. But I had to stab him about 7-8 times with a knife, though. But that looked awesome. I wish I recorded that...

Lynx Games yeah, especially RSTAR had manhunt 1 and 2 released and could get the experience in gta IV with at least knife and bat killings.
Yeah IV has better over all knife usage with Niko using it like a shank with excellent precision, but the stealth kill feature should have made a return.

Having Dwayne's helpers by your side is incredibly helpful for the missions requiring you to kill someone which is pretty much almost all of them in GTA4, which is the reason why I like 4 better than 5.

I actually cannot express how much I love GTA IV, for me, it's the ultimate GTA game. Most people choose San Andreas over IV, but for me IV is my favourite all time rockstar game. I hope one day rockstar get their finger out and remaster the game, as long as Grove Street Games have no say in the matter, and the dedicated part of the rockstar teams make it, I'll pay 100 damn dollars for it. A PS5 remake with performance and fidelity modes, updated textures, haptic feedback, dualsense trigger functions, all dlc's in one with updated lighting and no awful high speed motion blur... That is my wet dream right there.
I think that in the end I would choose San Andreas, so many creative missions to do.
Rockstar would destroy gta4 if they tried to remaster it.
It would be a bloodier murder than the abomination they created with the trilogy definitive editions.

no, im sure they wanted to implement one and tbh it wouldve made sense through some of the story in gta4 and the dlcs, but no there is not any silenced weapon that exists in gta 4

I can’t believe GTA 4 came out in 2008 & it’s still an awesome, good looking game to play. There are some timeless classics & this is one of them. I hope GTA 6 is similar to 4 as far as interactive activities goes. For example: dating & going online to the dating sites, having girlfriends, fighting characters with them fighting back & without them getting killed on the first hit, going bowling, out to eat, darts, pool, air hockey, golfing, bars, etc. Having night clubs that you can go into & dance with girls & then hook up with them like in TBoGT, the fight club was pretty cool, going shopping course like buying new outfits, jewelry, getting to choose haircuts & tattoos, if they could bring back entering cheats by typing the number in on your cellphone that would be more convenient. I do like how you can interact with & take home the strippers in GTA 5 though. Actually show the cutscene when taking home girls, maybe be able to actually go inside some girls places. There’s a lot more I could add but this is all I could think of as this moment. If they added these things GTA 6 would be amazing.

I don't know about the rest of you, but what I really want to know is how you got the PC version playable
EDIT: After Rockstar recently updated GTA IV on PC to fix the 2 GB graphics card issue, I am now able to play GTA IV's story _and_ be able to save. Though it's still difficult to play since it runs like trash
I just have it on steam, never had issues with it (except I can't play online with it anymore, only offline)

Yeah they got niko on tape, so best option is to dress as a doctor, have all the cops, patients, staff and security cameras recognise Niko's face and then pull the plug... much better

Francis's ability is usable only out of any missions
Whether you call francis for the getaway option or the girls niko dates for their special options such as carmen's healing ability, if the call is interrupted by anything (such as a bullet in this case), it will go into voice mail. Otherwise the person answers.
Am i the only one who misses this game? The crisp sound of gun shots, the way cars reacted to bumps en crashes, the way npc's and bodies reacted to bullets and falling down, ... and so much more. Gta5 is a good game in terms of content but as in actual gameplay i felt and still feel like gta4 is superior.
