  • Today everybody gets a Jagster!
    I've been having a lot of fun with the ToneX Ecosystem and it is absolutely a game changer. In this video I go through the routing and steps to create not one but two tone captures of the amp I designed and built, The Jagster. I'm doing captures of my Jagster Crunch head and Jagster Clean combo.
    And guess what...
    ... I'm giving away these two tone models on ToneNet. So head over to the links below to download your own Jagster tone capture(s) for ToneX!

    Thank You for the unbiased no BS demonstration of the platform. I think this is the best demonstration that I have seen so far. It is well-explained and detailed. You are very easy to listen to and I can tell you spent some time with it before making this video. In some of the other demos that I have seen it was obvious to me that they had not put the time in on it and were basically going through the motions. I believe that this product is where the industry stops putting the premium on the razor and starts selling you the razor blade that you want. thanks again.

    Great demonstration. Thanks for making your Jagster tones available on ToneX. I tried both the dirty and clean version and downloaded them on my ToneX and they sound exactly like your demonstration sounded, which is excellent. Nice warm thick sound on both captures. Great capturing job! I now get to play your amp in my house, which is amazing when you think about it. Got to love this modern technology.

    you know what? I took that, and boosted with overdrive pedal, as the crunch sound has an outstanding potential on being a great hi gain sound, really! if you add like 60% more gain to it you got something better than a SLO, greeting from the old continent pal!

      Thanks for the comment. I’m glad you like it. I use it quite often with a Klon clone kicking up the gain.

    Really a great tone! Amazing 👏 Have you ever use the plugin NAM anytime? (neural amp modeler - free / opensource).
    It would be awesome to have a jagster in this plugin, everyone would love it.

      @JagStar  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks David. I’m interested in NAM but my time is pretty limited. I’ll be trying to do something with NAM sometime in the next couple of months, I hope.
      Thanks for watching.

    What do they sound like threw a line aray pa. I have a multy effect board and sounds like crap threw the pa. But sounds great threw my valve amp.

    • @JagStar
      @JagStar  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The ToneX is designed for that so, they sound great direct to PA or a recording console. If you check this video, th-cam.com/video/TqW8uaevOro/w-d-xo.html, all the guitars and bass were done direct.

    Could you tell me am I right thinking that to capture amps you need to have them first?I know capturing in ToneX is even better than in Cortex.But when I listen to sounds already in ToneX I have a felling it sounds like Line 6.Which in my opinion is a low quality sounds.

    • @JagStar
      @JagStar  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you need to have the amp to capture it.
      Thanks for watching.

    Will be great if we have those amps on nam neural amp modeler after all it's more accurate than tonex

    Where are you located in Canada to buy one of your amps? Michael Newell from Niagara Falls, Ontario

      Sorry not to get back to you sooner, took a tech break over the long weekend. If you send me a friend request on Facebook, I'll accept and we can PM and about buying one of the amps.
