  • Hi gorgeous humans! It’s everyone’s fave kinda video… a full day of eating!!! In these full day of eating videos the goal is for me to show you what it looks like to eat with no food rules. I explain the WHY behind my food choices so you can see how I eat intuitively. During these full days of intuitive eating some things will be kept ambiguous to help prevent comparisonitis. Every day is different and this was just one day!
Don’t forget to give this video a thumbs up if you want to see more full days of eating! And if you’re not already subscribed to the channel be sure you do so you ya don’t miss ‘em!
    XOXO

seeing people, especially women, eating normal portions of food and eating more than two times a day is so great. I tend to hate wieiad because people make a salad and some pasta and call it a day, then I feel so bad for eating dessert every day or in general eating more. I am sick of constantly worrying and my body knows it. For whoever is struggling, you are an incredible inspiration.

You are so so liberating and inspiring.
Ivedieted for years .. I have four kids and I’m getting married Saturday.
I’ve lost weight to a healthy bmi …
Bang in middle. And let me tell you I’ve been eating. Walking, having a life and eating decent food . My family keep asking what diet. None. Literally just listening to my body and not punishing myself.
    Thank you

I am vegan for decades by choice, but gluten free due to cruddy genetics. That, mixed with a history of EDs makes me enjoy your videos. Whenever I've gone on some extra restrictive regimen makes me obsess about food. At 56, I can't do that anymore. If I'm told I cannot have something (well...gluten is REALLY a problem...sigh), ALL I think about is what I "can't have". Freedom is the way. I do not miss animal products AT ALL, so that is not an issue. I love animals too much.

Thank you for sharing this video! As someone who has gone through a massive body recomp, I have a lot of fear hat if I allow myself to eat freely that I will balloon back to my old size. I appreciate your guidance specifically because it reinforces that as long as the majority of food choices are made with nutrition in mind and you're listening to your body, you're doing the right thing. I recently took up running three-four days a week and recognize that I've been wanting to eat 3 times a day with two small snacks. Wanting to eat more makes me feel shame because I'm afraid of gaining weight, but seeing you eat food that mirrors how I eat makes me feel more comfortable with listening to my own cues. I also appreciate you being authentic in your content and showing the different aspects of your day.Thank you for being a beautiful, wonderful human!

you’ve really helped me have a healthy relationship with food I’m at a healthy weight and so far am maintaining it when i first started losing weight I found myself binging a lot and obsessing over when I was gonna eat next and spending so much time just thinking of what I wanted to eat since I was restricting myself soo much. I’ve finally been mindful when i eat and not go crazy over every food I see in sight when I’m hungry.

As someone who struggles with food and “picky” eating, it’s quite mentally damaging but I’m working on trying to expand my diet for health reasons. I personally really struggle with meat like beef/steak or sausages but I want to have more iron and protein. What would you recommend? (I really don’t want to force myself to eat those meats because it just makes it worse, I also have tried to “just eat it”, doesn’t work. Anyways, love your videos!)

What do you think of sodium? I tend to crave a lot of salt but I’m worried I’m consuming too much sodium. For example I would have loved that cottage cheese on a cracker with salty salami or anchovies and everything but the bagel. But I know that would have been a LOT of salt from the cottage cheese, deli meats and everything bagel seasoning. How much is too much?

I have been able to successfully intuitively eat on and off, but once I settle into a good rhythm, I eventually start losing weight, but then a fear of gaining weight takes hold of me and I dive back into restrict/binge cycles. Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

Hi♥️ What helped me personally is to go off social media or at least unfollow accounts that trigger you in this area so that you don’t start comparing yourself and to really love and accept your body as it is. If you happen to be a Christian you can pray to God about this and ask Him to help you see the beauty of your perfectly unique body🙏🏼. When I started to see the beauty of my own unique body I stopped comparing myself and I stopped living in fear of gaining weight. Hope this helps a bit🥰

to be real, eating "intuitively" IS eating food that makes u feel satisfied with no food rules and restrictions WHILE making ur body feel nourished with something called "gentle nutrition" too. its balance. you would not be eating intuitively if u dont consider ur health. because eating intuitively gives both balance to satisfaction (foods u love) and to nutrition (foods we need)
