    Tip for the creami! I have one and am OBSESSED!!!! I like crunch with all of my bites of my smoothie so I make a hole in the creami, put some granola and other things in it, and cover it with more smoothie and press the “mix in” feature and then it mixes it all into the creami!!! Worth a try!!

    I started in intuitive eating at the beginning of the year, and I've lost a noticeable amount of weight.
    I've been overweight for most of my life. And ive been trying to lose weight since right before lockdown, and this has been by far the most effective way.
    Thank you, colleen, for introducing this to me. Thanks to you, my sweet tooth is the lowest its ever been.
    Now im focusing on eating more protein to gain muscle 💪(And to fill me up)

    Collen, i absolutely love your channel and you have really helped me.
    My ed has been getting worse lately and i was on tons of ed sbreddits and group things and had seen you mentioned. Sadly it was due to controversy over you, so out of curiosity i started watching you and was surprised to see that you're actually an extremely postive influence and a genuinely sweet person for making these videos, sharing positive thoughts and content in hope to help others with an unhealthy relationship with food, and I appreciate you and your channel so much.
    I need to gain or maintain weight, my doctors havent told me which one will be best for me, but watching your videos helps me see theres no such thing as "junk" or "bad" foods and youve shown me and probably so many others that itd okay to eat things you crave and its okay if you get hungry again not long after a meal, etc..
    I love you and your channel so much and youre the only channel ive been watching for the past week. We love you Colleen!! ❤️❤️

      Totally! I actually just us all of the smoothie and overnight oat recipes from my app, so they were intended to BE smoothie recipes but work in the creami too!

    These are my fav videos of yours ❤️ I watch them on my lunch break! Something I’ve noticed as I’ve recovered from disordered eating is how much temperature matters to me. I still love overnight oats, but I have to heat them up because my body hates the cold (born and raised in the south lol). Does having a cold breakfast from the creami make you cold the rest of the day?

      Haha! Can totally see that! It does make me cold, smoothies do too, as I'm eating it but it's not unenjoyable and coffee easily warms me back up!

    For those who think that frozen bananas taste like ice cream, they do not! They taste like what they really are, which is bananas. You're allowed to have real ice cream along with anything else you want. You just have to control your portions on everything. That's all.
    Also, which 0 calorie sweetener tastes the most like sugar?

    Hi Colleen!! I love your videos and your new decorated room! I have a weird question i randomly thought of. I remember you saying in a video you film all of your shorts in one day for the week, so whenever you're filming those videos does it mess up your eating schedule because you're snacking during them? I watched a video of a bts of a show and they were talking about how they used spit bucks so that's why i was curious.

      Super great question! I actually just film around meal time! Usually it's breakfast or lunch depending on what my schedule allows that day. I am not a fan of food waste so this is how I do it. Sometimes I don't eat the full thing if I have a lot to film and it just goes into a container for later! Will add it to my list for a video!

    My go to treat when I'm wanting something sweet in the evening is a tablespoon of chocolate chips and a cup of herbal tea. I like semi sweet, but any kind are fine. Why a tablespoon? It was just what I grabbed to scoop them out of the bag.

    I’m trying to recover from my ED and anorexia starting from tomorrow. I’ve decided to do it this late afternoon so yea. I’m still an early teen which is actually really sad to think that I’m so young and literally starved myself basically + interment fasting so I don’t eat. I’ve attempted to eat intuitively and I couldn’t even eat an apple without feeling bad because I got the calories from google and I only get/eat foods from the nutrition label and not get calories from yt, google, etc. Because I’m scared the calories might be wrong, it’s so hard for me to stay motivated to eat and like I’m so sick and tired for tracking my calories and only eating 1200 calories per day because I searched my TDEE and multiple websites claimed that that’s my maintenance calorie intake * I’m 13, 30 or 31 KG, female, and 146cm. * I need some tips because I’m terrified of eating foods idk the calories of. PLEASE HELP !! *btw I’m sorry this is so long* 😅

      I'm an early bird! When I worked in a hospital setting years ago the only classes I could make were the 5 am ones (i'm NOT an evening workout person!) Once I left that job and became an entrepreneur my wake up time just stuck, but I've always been a naturally early riser!

    You are a very beg inspiration in my life and I don't want to sound mean here but why do you keep advertising your app as free. Sure technically you're not lying the download and quiz at the beginning are indeed free but from there on it is required to pay 300$ to see recipies. Of course it's ok that you want money for your hard work but I just feel like you shouldn'd tell people it free because they might get disappointed.

      You can like sugar, or a certain food, without being addicted. Also some days maybe you'll have ice cream a couple times, and other days you'll have none.
