0:21 “my insurance says”… yeah, your insurance says that because you’re clearly 100% at fault. 🤦🏻♂️
Correct there were lot's of other brake lights in front of that civic, regardless of what that white SUV did, and there was a hell of a delay between when the civic braked, and when you braked, also being that close. 100% cammer's fault.
Y-y-yup. So, uhh, what are those lighted bunions in vehicles' butts or back windows supposed to be for, again...? If anyone knows, tell the OP.
no awareness bro
0:19 - The entire lane in front of you was slowing down, you weren't. It wasn't the suv that caused the Honda to brake. Stop tailgating and pay more attention.
Well that suv did cause a chain reaction - that's a fact but like so many have stated it's dashcammer's piss poor tailgating / lack of reaction etc that ensured a nothing becoming an avoidable accident.
"Stop tailgating and pay more attention." That's good advice for a lot of the drivers in these videos.
0:40 unfortunately, yes cammer is 100% your fault. Quit trying to blame others.
Incoming policy limit demand
0:39 - Yes, it was all you. Following too closely and not paying attention will get you into an accident eventually. Lucky for you it looked very minor. But yes, it was definitely your fault. 100%.
Lol all the comments are about the guy in the 2nd clip. Dude getting roasted.
It was at that moment he knew he had …
He/she trying to make it seem like they did no wrong when clearly they were at fault for hitting the car in front of them after following too closely. I call it constructive criticism.
The fact that the comment on his submission sounds like he is in kindergaten getting told off by his teacher too is hilarious
@stephencook7337 how are they "trying" to make it appearas if they weren't at fault? They simply explained what occurred. Maybe that's how you perceived it. Are you american?
@@Resist_Oppression lol look at all the comments stupid. Are YOU American?!
0:25 yes it's your fault, you were not following at a safe distance otherwise you would have stopped in time.
Not following a safe distance? Im sure thats safe enough distance.. this idiot.cammer is not paying attention.. even if you have 2 cars length worth of clearing, if you are watching porn while driving, you are distracted and you will never have enough time to react to anything
0:33 yea bud looks like you didn't leave your self enough of a gap to be able to stop quickly enough, it's taught to leave a gap in case you need to brake suddenly.
Agree, it looks like less than one second. I always allow at least three seconds, and more in bad conditions.
Insufficient following distance wasn’t the only factor. The Civic’s brake lights were on for three seconds before the hard brake. Not reacting in those first few seconds was the problem.
thank you for the feedback
@@jeffreeves1567 Oh I watched JohnnyUncle's entire video on his channel and I think you are spot on, the following distance was actually not bad it was his reaction timing just as you described.
0:37 cammer is hoping to shift the blame, but it's definitely all on them. There was ample time to react
Really? I thought it was an attempted insurance scam. (I didn't even see the "other vehicle" guessni either need sleep or more coffee!)
LOL
0:25 I could see even before this guy merged that you were too close to the car in front of you. Maybe if you backed off you wouldn't have crashed like that.
0:20 Johnny Uncle was following too close to the car in front. Leave minimum 2 seconds space to vehicles in front of you.
Correct there were lot's of other brake lights in front of that civic, regardless of what that white SUV did, and there was a hell of a delay between when the civic braked, and when you braked, also being that close. 100% cammer's fault. And it's the 3 second rule, not the 2 second rule.
Should be 4 seconds according to pa dmv(my state)..3 according to Cali. 2 is tailgating 😳. Not to mention, you’re supposed to add a second for every 10mph over 40mph.
TeaTradiational624, I guess that girl learned the lesson of dont be in a car with a shitty driver that can kill you.
That sounded like at least 4 rolls...
0:21: You were tailgating and not paying attention. No one else made you run into that car.
Correct there were lot's of other brake lights in front of that civic, regardless of what that white SUV did, and there was a hell of a delay between when the civic braked, and when you braked, also being that close. 100% cammer's fault.
I always forget if you're supposed to give the car ahead of you a 1/2 or 2/1 second buffer. I think it's 1/2. Yeah, that sounds right.
That wasn't close to tailgating. At that speed, there was plenty of room. Things happened pretty quick in that clip.
@@TMGMedia73 It's a wide lens. Count the seconds.
Johnny's insurance company is correct. Tailgating, failure to pay attention were the cause of the accident. Not the white car, or the civic that had to brake for the white car. In CA the law says (basically) if you rear end someone it is your fault.
0:25 cammer not paying attention probably on their phone
Correct there were lot's of other brake lights in front of that civic, regardless of what that white SUV did, and there was a hell of a delay between when the civic braked, and when you braked, also being that close. 100% cammer's fault.
Looks like it happened so fast that he didn't have time to react!
4:52 I was impressed with his stunt riding skills, and ability to cheat death (this time).
Circus is in town
6:07 “I don’t care my turn is illegal, I’m turning now!” That’s probably what the person doing the illegal left turn was thinking.
That cammer at 1:26 totally overreacted on this one. That cop was at a stop, waiting for him to get by and wasn't even close to T boning him. Good thing there wasn't more traffic out or the cammer would have caused an accident by stopping in the middle of the road.
I said the same thing. If you look carefully, you can see the cop cruiser's brake lights on when the cammer gets close. Not sure why the guy panicked for? Drugs?
2:55 But officer, the fuelin pickup "break-checked" me. Another CDLbites the dust.
And, yes, "break" is purposely spelled wrong
7:00 insane iq to stand there
interesting how people are more focused on the second video rather than the crazy semi driver trying ram into someone.
4:54 maybe he stole the bike and the front wheel was locked so he left it??
Or, the wheel fell off? Or, he likes showing off his wheelie skills on his own bike? Why do you go straight to criminal allegations with nothing to support it?
@@mvpfocus no allegation, i said maybe
@@rogerw-interested "Maybe" is exactly what an "allegation" is. It's actually worse, because you don't even have a reason. Just flippantly casting aspersions.
@@mvpfocus Why do you go straight to white knighting for someone that clearly demonstrated their lack of respect for the law?
@@patmcbride9853 "White knighting?" You have that backwards. Why are _you_ using highly charged vocabulary, and "white knighting" for the OP, who made a completely baseless allegation, to begin with?
4:27 useless stupid clip if you ask me.
I wonder if they are proud of their reckless driving.
Useless driver, useless passenger.
Idk, I got a good laugh out of it.
@@BeauTIFFul22wtf is the passenger supposed to do? Y'all act like they got a second wheel they can use
@@tabora_ For starters she could tell the idiot driver not to drive in a way that could end her life and the drivers, let alone any other innocent person they could have harmed or killed in the process. So again I say they are both useless.
Haven't even finished the video yet, but I came to the comment section to see if we were all on the same page about #2. 😅 I love how we're all calling out johnny uncle for blaming the crash on the car changing lanes, but we can all see that the whole lane came to a stop.
0:51 I’m not surprise that challenger took off. Very common thing to do.
Because they put all they have into buying (financing) one and thus cannot afford insurance. It's the number 1 broke boy vehicle.
Can't afford the car and pay for insurance too!
7:00 what kind of idiot stands outside their broken-down car on an active highway?
The kind that should carry spare pants and undies in their car.
Not just outside the car but BEHIND the car. Who needs legs anyway?
The suicidal kind.
Have you been to Toronto? No surprises here.
Desperately trying to win a "Darwin Award"
4:13 In Canada, driving while over tired is considered impaired driving,
Claiming you were just tired as an excuse, is like saying " I only had three beers, that's okay right?"
And in the UK.
4:12 that sign got LAUNCHED 🤣🤣
6:17 to be fair, that car was parked about 4 feet from the curb and halfway in the lane of travel.
Took me a hot second to figure out by "first responder" they meant that whoever owned the Tesla was a first responder.
:54 "Challenged" sounds about right!
Keep up the great videos RR&BD! Best channel for learning to be a better driver unlike these individuals 😫🙄!
4:55Bicycle? That was an improvised unicycle
The back sprocket needs to be "locked" not freewheel, or that is some FINE skillz !!
2:30 ... new location for 'Speedbump Olympics"?
Anyone else notice how defensive driving skills have become almost non existent at the same rate that a general sense of entitlement has skyrocketed?
7:42 I have heard that there is a shortage of plutonium.
So south Allen hood “Your honour” does you lack of courtesy/forgiveness give you the right to tie up an already overloaded situation to justify your ego ?
Did you notice the stripes on the hood? That alone makes him tool!
He should be speaking those words to himself.
For those clueless commenters who apparently have never been told... if you rear-end the vehicle in front of you, then you are at fault. Period. It's called following too closely!
Yesteryear in school, teachers taught little Johnny and Jane that rules and consequences are just so unfair and no one can tell them what they can or can't do. Jumping forward to today's driving environment.....
2:12 Impressive reaction time from the white Civic
0:48 pain and suffering? For a 5 mph crash? You mean you tried to get as much money from them cause you're greedy
If he was sentenced to 30 years prior to these crimes he wouldn't have become a "habitual offender" in the first place.
Imagine listening to fast and furious Tokyo drift song while rear ending someone🤣😂🥲
2:14 Zero 💩 given by the Mercedes
I'm the trucker in this video, and I laughed like a crazy man all day. The only part that isn't funny is that the driver had kids in the car with them.
Garland, TX residential area post brick delivery.
5:41 - "Like a glove!" ~Ace Ventura
This is the closest we've come to having cars that can breakdance.
I had a similar experience like the truck driver @ 1:43, but in my case, i was riding my bike on the protected bike lane and a dump truck passed over something that was on the road , which flew towards me, it missed me by just a few inches.
1:19 smartest cop within 600 miles of the tristate
There is no such thing as a "smart cop", especially within 600 miles of the tristate.
0:56 Was that car mentally challenged or physically challenged?
6:40..."LOWELL, Ark (KNWA/KFTA) - Two people have been arrested in for a hit-and-run that left a Lowell police officer injured on Wednesday.
Jerry Henington, 37, and his passenger, Tye Sutton, 18, were taken into custody Wednesday evening.
Hennington was arrested for criminal mischief, failure to stop after an accident with injured/dead, refusal to submit to arrest, possession of a controlled substance, speeding, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, driving with a suspended/revoked license, fleeing, battery, attempted murder, resisting an officer and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime."
0:20 The cammer ignored the brake lights for almost 4 seconds! Add to that his extremely insufficient safety distance. His fault without any question if you ask me.
0:36-Reason being, YOU ARE AT FAULT!
Johnny uncle @ 0:20 uhhh hello of course you are at fault. They did not hit you, you hit them! Suck it up, dont feel sorry for yourself ( because we sure dont feel sorry for you ) and learn from it. Funny thing is they stopped in time…. Did you even brake? 🤔
Where is the clip of a driver who screwed up so badly that he got sentenced to 30 years in prison?!
6:37 The clip itself is actually not very interesting; it's the back-story that gives rise to the lengthy sentence.
@@dedistaulapanodki6293 Thanks a lot!!
There should be a reaction time test to get a drivers licence 🤦🏻♂️
@4:16 looks like that extra point is GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2:01 You were behind her a-pillar, she couldn't see you.
100% her fault, no doubt about that...
Toniiiiiight !
Remember: the horn is NOT a substitute for the brake - even when the other guy drives like a ditwad.
1:27
Overreact much?
That cop wasn't anywhere near smashing this driver.
The cop was coming in pretty hot and then let off the break before the cammer even passed.
@@jackop-h1706 It's a yield, cop was going slow enough to come to a complete stop if needed. Cammer definitely over-reacted.
@@jackop-h1706
And.... Don't ya think the cammer overreacted by slamming on the brakes, swerving and damn near come to a complete stop?
@@-_-John-_- nah not really but it’s just my opinion
jackop-h1706
Maneuvers like that are what causes accidents and traffic jams when traffic is present.
All the cammer had to do was pay attention and react if the other driver proceeded into their lane.
Or just slide over into the other lane...
Coincidentally enough, the lane they should have been in to begin with.
I was taught to stay right unless passing.
30+ years later and I still do that.
I absolutely refuse to be that fuckwad that just parks his ass in the left lane.
"Oh, but I was doing the speed limit."
Fuck that speed limit and move the fuck over.
3:41 this is another reason to not camp in the left lane...that is the preferred lane of wrong way drivers. I agree, the semi truck has the right to be in that lane to properly pass the slower vehicle. My comment is not a dig at him, glad he was paying attention and was able to get out of the way, nice job.
for once i’m early! thanks for another great vid
5:42 Excellent breakdancing skills.
6:55 And this is why you don't cross solid lines.
Notice that the cam driver was NOT tailgating the car in front, a rarity these days.
0:34 #2 Indeed, that's 100% on you for not keeping a safe following distance. What happened is PRECISELY why it's your fault. You need the space to provide sufficient reaction + braking distance, which you didn't have.
0:40 - "I was following too closely and couldn't stop in time to avoid rear ending the car in front of me. This happened because someone else did something. Insurance says I'm at fault, but they're also wrong."
0:48 "challenger ran a red light and HIT ME".....boy i dont understand some people. clearly you hit him, also clearly is that he ran the light and is at fault. you really believe that he hit you with the side of his car?
1st clip you are correct, but it also doesn't give you the right to cause an accident trying to be right 😂
At 5:42 it's amazing how tough those traffic sign poles are.
Why do cars even have clear windshields? no one looks out them anyway when driving.
30 year sentence is a bit harsh. Some murderers don't even get that much time behind bars.
The Tokyo drift music tho 😂🎉
4:59 Ummm... Huh?
thank you for uploading a video it is very interesting to watch rr&bd driving school 😮😮
3:56 Mercer Street has always been horrible
@6:34 - I do love when somebody flips themselves in a single car wreck so they can't "hit and run". It would only have been better if they hit the pole behind the Tesla instead of the Tesla.
@7:00 - One of the early contestants for the 2024 Darwin awards. Just standing there on their phone at the back bumper of their disabled car on a highway. WCGW?
7:22 Song playing is "Vertigo" by FM Belfast.
Johnny Uncle, it is called paying attention to your surroundings. Take a page, make it a whole chapter from the school of defensive driving and the second course from the school of self preservation.
@5:19 why get in the turning labe soo far back when you see the stopped car?
4:08 Was the guy raptured or something?
I realize it is very difficult. Your horn is a warning device not an expression of anger. If a moron has cut you off, is trying to merge where they shouldn't, speeding past you, passing on the right... let them with no horn. Just be content you are safe. You will never police others and when it comes down to it, any aggressive actions you take will not be in your favor when the police take your dashcam footage. Laying on your horn can be turned into you engaging in intimidation and escalation. We can write a novel of all the ways that is wrong, but its reality. Stay safe.
Gets 30 years for injuring a police officer meanwhile Vasu Laroiya got 8 years for murdering a young woman after he crashed into her going 156mph, while heavily drunk, and making vidoes on his phone, and then lied about everything. As a 6-time drunk driver, with the last DUI two weeks prior. Fuck the "justice system".
One state is pro criminal and one is not
Justice depends on how good your attorney is. If you're poor and your attorney is bad, you need a LOT of luck.
Wow you completely missed that whole list of offenses that he was charged with. Hitting the cop was only part of it. Some states have habitual offender sentencing which he was sentenced for. Did you even read the blurb past the first sentence? smh
Road rage is becoming too common. It’s just a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt.
Some cops need to retake their driver's test
some posters need to stop believing everything they read. That is not a police vehicle.
Mustang cars don't think, apparently the driver of the on at 7:25 doesn't either.....
0:56 If you expect us to believe you got money for pain and suffering just for that, you must think we're *all* mentally Challengered.
If he did, that's why your insurance premiums are so high to pay for all the pain and suffering.
@@deadon4847 We should be paid for our pain and suffering from watching these cammer dipshits!
So true🤩
0:36 yes, you are at fault. Leave more space between you and the car ahead of you.
Yep, you’re at fault because you hit them from behind.
6:10 "I'll check on the guy in the van, you check on everybody in the car!"
"You got it! Hey, everybody OK in there?...
Noodles, Seesaw, Oopsie, Lobsweat, Hoohah, Jitters, Sir Wide Bottom"....
Don't forget Crusty, Ronald, and Bozo.
Don't forget the three Wise Men, Moe, Larry and Curly
0:34 yes youre 100% at fault for failing to maintain a safe following distance. pretty much the only time you wont be found at fault is if you can prove the other driver did a brake check. but even then you might still share some responsibility because you weren't at a safe following distance
Clip 1, more important to be right than courteous. Just do your good deed for the day and let him in.
0:30 NO! No it wasn't the white car, it was the stopped traffic in front of the car in front of you. Follow more than 3 feet and maybe you'll be able to avoid a crash! Your insurance is correct, you are 100% at fault!
4:50 that's a C7 Corvette which were last sold in 2019, but I guess that's newer for some.
1:01 Well, OP has additional satisfaction they may not be aware of: Contributing to attrition, reducing the number of those Triple-Cs even more, making the roads eventually safer.
1:52 Holy smackeye, Batman! Good thing I'm nowhere near Iowa now...though I do kind-a/sort-a miss Crust in Davenport: Best restaurant pizza I ever had.
2:53 Well, not sure what to make of that. I'm guessing that pickemup ran on diesel, and that Pilot does not have diesel pumps for POVs separate from the ones for COVs...? But in any case, if that sort of behavior is what CDL school endorses these days, I weep for the demise of this country.
3:36 Well, they shouldn't-a parked there, blocking up the drunk-driver lane like that. Bunch-a savages in that town...
3:52 Should-a given him the Russia Treatment, so that way he'd never be in a position to do that again. What is the "Russia Treatment"? Slam him into last century!
4:06 Guess he didn't get the memo: Paul Walker is *dead.* Bunch-a savages in that town...
4:22 Uhh...don't know about Iowa (don't really care to know), but in other states that *IS* driving while impaired! Just because that impairment is not artificially induced does not make it any less an impairment.
4:37 Guess they didn't get the memo (the one at 4:06 above), either...
4:51 Well, that tells me he may have been very embarrassed and wanted to keep a low profile from then on. But this demonstrates what I have been saying about mirrors: If you see the side of your ride in your starboard-side mirror, *you're wrong.*
5:02 This is why they hold a permanent ranking of #1 on The List.
5:21 Well, I had my own close call a couple days ago, though not quite so close: A wrong-wayer entering my complex while I was exiting. Naturally I let him have an earful of horn, which on my car is a slightly-muffled freight-train horn. He acknowledged his act of stupidity. Still would-a preferred to administer the Will-Smith Treatment, tho...
5:50 Now, the $64 question is, was he the perp or a victim? If the perp, then that was *cool!* If a victim, not so much.
6:50 Too bad his wide right didn't administer a more long-term (or permanent) sentence for him.
7:27 To OP: You're wasting precious time and brain cells trying to apply logical reasoning to a situation where none exists. It's a 'STANK. That's all.
7:44 Okay, that was a pretty good application of sarcasm there; gave me a giggle.
First Clip: South Allen Hood is an A$$hole. Big deal - just let the guy merge in front of you - even if he was a lane cutter. Why do drivers think the space in front of their vehicles is their own personal sovereign territory? Why do dashcammers in particular think they are now the enforcers?
7:40 - Golf? Buddy that's a Focus -- with no ABS by the looks of it. I promise you, he had the time to stop if he was actually paying attention and had half-decent tires. I drive one that's a couple hundred pounds heavier from the same 4 year timeline of that one, with no ABS.
7:00 wow that is not what I was expecting
2:19 I've been seeing an epidemic of this: U-turns.
0:43 Pain and suffering from that? lmao. Drama queen goes for the max, and we wonder why things are so expensive for us all.
we need to figure out how to get the crazy people off the roads
1:23 This driver should have their license revoked. I'm sorry but almost T Boned?? What a DRAMA QUEEN! Hopefully they got pulled over and investigated for a DUI for such a dangerous and NEEDLESS swerve.
0:40 Yes that's all on you, you should keep a safe distance to other cars so you can stop in time if something happens and you didn't. Lesson learned?
"South Allen Hood" needs to calm down and learn to drive. 0:35 -- unfortunately, you were the one who was tailgating. 5:47 -- after a shaky start, he managed to stick the landing. 6:10 -- turning from a no-turns lane.
