Just to inform you guys. Some of you may have the issue where your headset seem full unresponsive and in no lights, doesn't turn on or anything. Still try this method it worked for me. I had the issue where it didn't turn on. When you hold the power and mute it will not look like it's doing anything but quickly plug your USB c in and it will power on.
Holy hell it worked I used the USB plug on my series S and it worked, I held the power and mute button, and plugged my USB C in the headphones they powered right on! Thanks a million man. I was pissed off I just bought them less than 2 weeks ago and thought they were trash you saved me $100 !
Ingenious, bud!!! I just unboxed my headset and immediately paired it to my Android device. It worked great until I tried pairing it to my console. No LED indicators on the headset, just completely off ... BUT IT WAS STILL ON! Your method of hard resetting is the best way of doing. Thanks so much for this 👍
