@@in_the_building1 If you're referring to the lettering on the valve covers, it does look like it says "Dodge" but I believe it reads something else. It looks like it says DCG.
Ive had several corvettes. Always been a big fan of them. Ive had the Bloomington Gold one and another one that's almost to that caliper. Always looked at them and I sold the 1960 and still have a 1967 big block. I ve had the car since 1983 and 1996 I completely restored it to a beauty. I seemed to never drive them as they were to nice. I bought a 2015 z06 and I told myself never again will I just look at them. I burn the fricken track and roads up in the z06. Which now I'm driving the old one like it should be driven. Im having a blast and not looking at it like a piece of fine glass. I love what you've done and driving it like you stole it. So you guys that have one no matter how nice it is drive it.
I love the logo on the car that says built to be thrashed. I'm so tired of seeing beautiful, vintage American muscle cars turned into trailer queens that are more for showing off and investment opportunities. That Vette looks sweet and badass at the same time and I'm sure is a blast to drive. Get in, buckle up, and get it on!

This is my favorite corvette ever. I want to copy everything but paint it Satin black or Midnight purple. Definitely the best looking car on this channel
I'm not a huge fan of most "widebody" cars, but the swoopy lines of the C3 are actually complimented by the flares. It's like they belong there. This car is awesome This is the second video I have seen on this car, and if anyone else features it, I'll watch that one too. Lol. Great job man!
That was a good one "it is a real LT-1! Relax, breath everybody!" As a 71 Vette owner I must say I dig this car. Nicely done. Pitty you didn't dig more in the chasis because I know Van steel and the do awesome stuff on chasis and handling for a Corvette comunity! Interior is nicely done too. Really nice build! Kudos to the owner!
Maaaaan! Every ingredient in this car bakes one fun cake! Hugs the road, nailed to it, plenty of get up and go, jeeez that motor responds instantly to the pleasure pedal huh? Completely radical Badass indeed. Thanks Shawn for showing us, great job Garrett, so glad you really use and enjoy the car
This guy gets it. Build something you can use, not something useless. Any gear head can throw crazy power into a car, but what's the point of 1000+hp 99% of the time?
Love this car. The color and the flares are perfect. I remember a car from my childhood. It was also a C3 and green. IMSA wide-body dual decked rear wing. I think the car was called Reaper. I always wondered what happened to it. But this ride is very sweet! Great video.
Dang you Shawn, once again you feature a Corvette that makes me more of a Corvette fan than I want to admit! Great feature of a completely badass ride.
I used to own a 72...was my dream car since I was 15, bought it at 34. I sold it because the ride was...bad, to be polite here. THIS is what I should have done to it...Great build!
Wow! Loved that C3. It looks beautiful in green indeed. I would be in doubt about keeping it in red too. Not a big fan of the rear wing and the interior, but I understood it’s all about function! Nice job!
I love your films and I like your style. You've had some great cars on here and you always give them respectful treatment. Good on ya and i hope you keep them coming.
My favorite C3 now ! Love a car that is set up to drive ! Man you must have some awesome neighbors on that street cops would be everywhere if down my way. Love the channel keep up the great work
2 years late but thanks youtube! Wicked Vette man! Puts the Bad in badass for sure… dudes are talented (that green is epic. ‘Geniuses pick green Greg” Meet the parents quote)
I love this Vette. Love it. I learned how to drive in my Dads C3. Not a fan of that wing tho. I get the functionality aspect but a regular wicker bill would look way sexier imo.
Cool 👍🏾👍🏾🤙🏼 I found out the hard way of spoiler's had one on the front of my car and was going to put one on the boot but didn't so when going fast made the back end lift a we bit that's all it needs to make it loose in the back end , lucky I slowed down and worked it out then later took it off the car and put it on another vehicle, 👍🏾🤙🏼
410 rwhp and 2700 pounds, basically a go cart with a 3rd gen corvette body. Sick build👍
Dodge engine, not ls6
Okay it’s an ls6

I’m glad to see these old vettes getting some love. I’ve seen too many of them rotting away in fields.
73-81 really need to be rediscovered. 69-72 have following.

That sound never gets old, but your neighbors may not appreciate it as much as I do.

That is just one awesome car, I like that it's his original mindset. Well-thought-out plan awesome execution
Reminds me of David Freiburger’s F-Bomb Camaro.
I'm not usually too in to Corvettes but this is a car that demands some attention! Very, very nice!
I’m not either but this one is perfect
Of all the cars you've covered on your show this is by far my favorite.
so many vettes have dodgy lookin wheel flare mods ,those lines are slick and proportionallly gorgeous
This one is done with taste and class
