I love John, now I don't think you should have sex with a guy without him explicitly committing to monogamous long term relationship with you only. You have sex with him, he got what he wanted, he leaves onto the next new woman and you end up heart broken. You have sex with him without commitment them you got to pretend you don't feel hurt when he doesn't call you. in his mind, you're the woman who gave him sex easily and he'll see you as a booty call/friend with benefits IF he calls you back. I believe his point was that it takes a week to get a woman’s estrogen and a man’s testosterone up to the levels required for strong attraction and great sex.
