SOC GX-60 GodSigma Review ( Bandai Soul of Chogokin God Sigma )

Godsigma is one of the newest SOC figures and also one of my favorites from the line ( I am collecting in order of what seems best to me ). It is strongly based on the old Popy Godaikin toy from the Space Emperor God Σ show.

I just received my God Sigma, and it had the same floppy shoulders for combined mode. I took apart the black robot (not even going to try and spell his name), then took apart the shoulder extensions used in combine mode. The locking mechanism is just a spring with a plastic nub on either end of it (look like a rubber nipple for a baby bottle). Just stretch the springs a little bit then reassemble. No more floppy shoulders!

LOL! So those are their original names. In italian they're called Touno (Thunder), Nettuno (Neptune) and Terremoto (Earthquake), pretty good names even in english IMHO
I was used to love its anime and this model is very accurate.

A possible way to pose the mace/chain weapons is to use a strong wire and thread it through the chain links.

Which one do you think is the better toy, Godmars or Godsigma?

For me, it's God Mars. It had more articulation in all his parts and the combined mode looks better put together.
