Just picked it up today for $75 in Tokyo. I loved this show as a kid.

The zambo ace is by far the best part if this set. The zambull also has serious old school charm with its chrome drills and rocket punch fists sticking out. This is the only soul if chogokin that i have that looks better displayed in it's separate parts than in combined mode. The anime which is on youtube is only 23 episodes long and worth watching if you don't mind subtitles.
Nice, i didnt know they had the whole anime on TH-cam. Zambo Ace is an excellent piece. Which Is why they made a release of just him alone.
Good review, Chachi! NIce and detailed review that didnt get long and boring..it moved right along. I usually HATE transforming robots, they tend to be frail and nasty-looking with really bad articulation but this one doesnt seem to be too bad at all... and like you said, there are so many little pieces that you cant display most of it without taking up too much room or losing something. But I can see how a Zambot fan would really love this piece. He looks real good in Zambot mode.
This is a masterpiece... speechless.
If anyone's interested, the GX-23 will be rereleased in April, by the original MSRP. Major retailers have already opened preorders.

Really wish they'd reissue this guy, maybe with the chromed parts that came with the separately sold Zamboace so he'd match Tryder G7 and the newer Daitarn 3 better.

You should get SOC Daitarn 3 and display Zambot 3 right next to Daitarn 3. I heard that it's kinda like Zambot 3 is the moon and Daitarn 3's the sun.

Preferisco molto di più lo Zambot gx 23 del video che i full Action,Che a mio parere nn valgono una cicca😂😂 lo Zambot è un robot trasformabile è tale deve essere,come il combattler ecc.. penso sia un abominio sostituirli con i full action..! Pensare che ho speso 289 euro x uno Zambot gx 23 nuovo che tra l'altro era l'ultimo è mi è andata anche di culo.. e nn sono pentito minimamente,visto che di un restyling x ora nn se ne parla.. mi sembrava la soluzione migliore è sono contento così 😆

@Takeshi357 the one I was referring to is the getter set. GX-08? its a few releases before this one. They came cracked. My Zambots are both fine though. So are their buttholes and peepees

Rubber disintegrate over time. It's an inherent issue with the material.

Robots look great. Weapons though? Don't like them at all. Except the simple sword. But that dildo cannon? Uuugh! lol
