Max's lack of offense doesn't negate anyone else's offense, two Jewish people can have varying opinions on things. Cancel culture may often seek to destroy people before giving them a chance. But i have found anti cancel culture people eager to cancel those who cancel, and often refusing to listen to why someone is being canceled or why people are offended. Both groups have their validity. And both need to listen to each other a bit more.

That is one part of it but the NBA just announced that Leonard will be fined $50,000 and will be suspended for 1 week which is necessary as well. He deserves to be punished because any type of racism and antisemitism is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. This doesn't mean he needs to be kicked out of the league forever but he should get some punishment and he has. The punishment is to set an example and to make the person who offended, in this case Leonard, reflect on the mistake they made so that it doesn’t happen again.

It’s not particularly a Jewish name, it is a German name, probably coming from “Kellermann”. But as he said, his ancestors lived in Germany so naturally, they had a German name. Not every Jew has a definite “Jewish” name, usually, it’s just where they were coming from.
