I never in a million years thought i would be watching a sports show in 2020 and listen to them talking about Adolf Hitler.

They've discussed Hitler before... Max has explained (multiple times) that he believes Jessie Owen's is one of the greatest track athletes ever because of him winning the gold in Berlin (just before WW2) while Hitler was in attendance and what it represented not only for Anerica but for the world.
I think Max's point is that losing the race to Owen's struck a blow against Hitler's propaganda cause it was based around Germans being superior to all other races/nationalities, but its hard to look superior when you're getting dusted by Jessie Owens... or something like that.

1. That the people known as African-Americans today are biological descendants of the ancient Israelites. Is this not what Deshawn was claiming?

Are these claims true and what evidence is necessary to prove these claims as being factually true? You must ask yourself this first. If not, how many history books would it take to prove the first claim as true?
