    Seems like doing a 3 day fast (like the Longo Fasting mimicking diet) monthly would help as it fits within the 10 day to 6 week period Dr Kirkland mentions as the bounce back period for SCs. Mild fasting has multiple other benefits and layered onto other measures (episodic use of Q and F and exercise and diet).

    Regarding chemotherapy & senescent cells. Did anyone figure out the name of the researcher at the NCI that Dr. Kirkland referred to here: 53:55. I looked up Dr. Pestana at NCI and could not find an obvious match.
