So basically, what she's saying in that clip at the end there, is that a company made the recipe for these cookies, did some market research, realized they were shit and no-one wanted them, so stopped making them, then Pokimane came along, fished that recipe out of the bin and said "yep, this is perfect for my audience!"
Pretty much, they realized it wasnt very popular so they instead tried pivoting into rebranding it as an overpriced streamer snack, they almost literally literally added a few dashes of mushroom powder for vitiamin D and called it a new product, and somehow other millionare streamers are going to bat for this.
If I wanted to buy pokimane's cookies I would just buy 8 packs of oreos at my local grocery store which would be the same amount for one pack of her cookies.

These two are so far from each other but they both cultivate the same audience, most people are beyond saving. A epic recession would correct a lot of these issues or some sort of control of the money people spend when they receive SSI.
