I love how he points out that once you're in the nice places, surrounded by beauty and comfort, you automatically forget how badly most of the people live. That's basically how rich people who live in the third world countries get along 24/7. They may feel stressed or afraid when they go out of their neighborhoods and face misery lying around every corner, but most of the time they just don't give a shit. I don't judge them, that's just how people are, although it's sad in a way.
And it's getting closer & closer to home. I was in San Francisco awhile back & within a few blocks of the dignified banking district, people are camping on sidewalks, & that's not ALL they're doing on the sidewalks. In L.A. there's an underpass as you head into Marina del Rey where lots of rich retirees live & park their boats. Clothes are strewn around & a toilet bucket or two's usually visible.

It's sad bruh
And it's getting closer & closer to home. I was in San Francisco awhile back & within a few blocks of the dignified banking district, people are camping on sidewalks, & that's not ALL they're doing on the sidewalks. In L.A. there's an underpass as you head into Marina del Rey where lots of rich retirees live & park their boats. Clothes are strewn around & a toilet bucket or two's usually visible.
It’s the only way to live happily. Then to worry about the hardships of others. Some caused by others and some self inflicted unfortunately.
