      Aaron Draper I’ve seen consignment cars be a blessing and a curse it’s extremely hard to make money off consignments because people usually want to much money for them plus depending on which bank you send it to you could have one to three payment recourse so if the customer doesn’t pay you have to buy that car back so now you’re stuck with the car that you didn’t make any profit on

    I really like all your advice. I travel for work but eventually want to flip cars or open a small dealership. I have a lot of interests and my favorite TH-camrs are the ones that don’t have to share the information they do but they still share their experience. Anything you learn, experience is everything. Thank you and keep up the awesome work.

    I don't want to be bothered by a salesman. I look over the entire lot before I even want to talk to a salesman. I generally want new, but bought a 2013 Ford FLEX that had 13K on it discounted by USAA in 2013. It only has 70K on it, and it has had no issues.

    Whats up Automotive Life, got a quick question for you. I have a dealership selling in my area. Asking price is 900k. The owner is willing to do owner financing with 200k cash down. Revenue around 2M annually. Not exactly sure on net profit because of many right offs. Holds about 150 cars, over 400 5 star ratings on google. Great customer base. What do you think about that?

    • @LuckyLopez777
      @LuckyLopez777  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      One thing I’ve learned in the car business is that no one ever sells a profitable dealership lol. With $200k you can do amazing things as a start up. Without all the past liabilities. Perfect example is there’s a dealership here in Las Vegas that’s for sale but they burned every single bank so they have it up for sale somebody’s going to buy it from out of state and they’re not going to realize they try to do business with local banks nobody’s going to do business with them and once you purchase a corporation you take over their debts and responsibilities so customers from the past can still come up and sue you for something done 2 yrs ago. So I always advise. Never buy a existing dealership.

    Automotive Life Im Located in Alabama New Dealer as of 2019 have my Car lot location everything is set up really nice about 10 car inventory rite now But trying 2 get to at least 25, I have been doing pretty good being that I started towards the closing months of 2019. I have 1 floor plan wit nextgear, which I have a few floored cars & I Also have a few cash cars!!
    Also I am connected to a guaranteed financing company also which I sell all my floored cars on that platform. But I wanted to know how do I get connected wit sub prime lenders where I can make a sale & I receive full profits instead of having to share a portions with CAPS? Also how do I get started with buying cars from dealerships @ cheap prices like U where doin in your flipping vids? Also how can I access more capital? Because rite now Im being very wise on how I use my floor plan !!

    • @LuckyLopez777

      As Far as Capital there is Nothing Every bank will not lend to Dealers with a 800 credit score and 200-300k in sales every month bank still told me no lol you have to Slowly build your capital or find a investor Sub prime bank you have to find them in your area Call your Dealers association or ask other dealers what banks they use

      Automotive Life Automotive Life Automotive Life I’m thinking to open small car lot, I found building can hold 15 cars and at it’s located on pretty busy street. Based on your previous video , i believe it is good location because it’s consider as wearhouse type of dealership and at the same time it’s on busy street where I can still park couple of cars in front of building to attract customers. My question is about expenses. Building will cost me 3500 plus utilities. I’m wondering Should I start using Dealer Center right away or try to keep expenses as low as possible? I appreciate your advise

      We do sell cars out of state. But. Our banks here in NV suck. They don’t like to lend out of state. NV is one of the few states that suck for dealers. Lol. Plus cars are also priced higher here in NV. Compared to other states. TX and CA are much cheaper and the mid west is way cheaper
