I have both, and both started after illness i had at 16-both exactly at same time. I never overate or drank alcohol, so I am very glad that recently new study suggested gout actually might be autoimmune. At least in some individuals. Every medical proffesional I saw kept telling me to change my bad habits(literally only advice/treatment I got)-totally useless advice in my case.
I even went to nutrionist to help me make menu suitable for gout...and on second session she admitted menu she gave me was for diabetes-which i dont have-, because she had no clue what to with me.

Do you know of anybody in Alabama that could help my family member ? He has both of these and has been on many medications and nothing helps , it just keeps getting worse over time .. he has large knuckles and knots on his body , and he’s in pain all the time

DrDiana. I was tested for arthritis and its all negative, I have severe joint pain in my finger, only one area, it hurts so bad like its broken, very soft and painful. Then it goes away after 2 days, then jumps to another hand, then ut goes away. After a month or two it comes back. Nobody can figure it out.😢 I'm dying with this pain, again I see specialist and Nobody can tel me what's wrong. I'm so frustrated. Thanks for the great video. Could it be that the specialist's misdiagnosed me and I have arthritis or gout? Why wouldn't it show up when she took blood tests???

i sprained my ankle way back 2016..and year 2022 arthritis hit the same ankle.

I have it periodically My feet hurt, the traumatologist said to wear insoles, but what can you recommend for tablets to relieve the burning sensation? The only thing that helps is meloxicam 15 mg. Methotrexate and Medrol are not effective. 😢
