Long time trainer, newish disc golfer here. This is by far the best disc golf specific workout I’ve seen! I’ve done it a few times already and I love it! I haven’t seen anyone else include reactive force exercises in disc golf exercises and I think that is a key element. Thank you for the excellent content!

It'll be great if you could make a video and add your own twist to explain what the four numbers on the discs mean and how they affect play. Looking forward to more fun videos from you guys! :D :D :D

Started this addiction this summer and now I want to incorporate exercises into my training schedule.. My local deal just smiles at me at this point and says, well hello again xD Quest for regular 120m shots officially started! Currently on 105-110m with my Essence (have faster discs that dont go as far: 90-100ish) LOAD LOAD EXPLODE!
It would be sweet to condense the video into a series of gifs. It would be a lot easier to follow and learn the exercises. But very good work-out in either case.
Speaking of the off-season, now that the days are getting shorter it occurred to me that I'd really like to wear a Trilogy-branded reflector on my bag. Jonathan you should put the Latitude merch people on this ASAP!
I'm forehand dominant, so I would recommend to any players who play multiple times a week to look into baseball pitcher stretches and warm ups. Also focus on utilizing both sides of your body equally.

What weight is the weighted ball you used? Is it a medicine ball? Looks like here they range in weights from 4 to 22 lbs. I assume start maybe around 10-12 lbs and then get heavier if it's too easy?
Is there a way to stretch the part that connects your chest muscle and shoulder? I do the typical thing of grabbing something with ful extension and then turning the other way. But i tend to get pain there as i get to the end part of the course.
