Love the tips as always! Had some issues with alexa being unavailable and my phone not syncing with music and ended trying everything, the hard reset seemed to get it all working again.
Super unrelated to this video: But I've been looking at your website daily waiting for a new rivian software update.....and nothing. Do you happen to know when the next update will be? And will it include that Google Cast/video streaming update that was presented at the Google I/O?

To maybe save a service visit to someone. I used a hard reset one time before when my ultra sonic sensors all went offline which made everything related to driver + stop working. I thought I needed service like the vehicle stated after a soft reset then realized it was only infotainment I looked up a hard reset and problem solved.
When you do the hard reset, does any data get wiped? For example, user profiles, key cards to unlock the vehicle, phone as key, seat settings, or any settings at all? Any data loss?
I am curious if anyone has had their ventilated seats stop working or not be as strong as delivery day. Do we think a soft reset would fix that or should I contact service?

Yeah nothing yet which is odd but I think there’s a big update coming and with the R1 refresh info around the corner as well

No data gets wiped, think of it as just rebooting your computer or phone

Definitely check with service
