Thank you Mr.Sulek as per your recommendation i ate 2500 grams of egg whites for breakfast. They didn't fit into my pan so i drank them raw and gave me crippling salmonela which really helped me to eject all remaining calories out of my body, increasing my temperature in the process which really accelerated the cut. Thank you very much.

Note to self: invest in a sous vide cooker
His cooking/eating is pretty subpar. Instant rice and pasta has extra preservatives. Just buy a bag of rice and cook it in a pot for 20 minutes and store it in the fridge. Same thing with his sugar free bbq sauce, full of preservatives and other junk. For eggs, I just make my own tomato sauce with tomatoes, green peppers, and onions. Not eating vegetables and only taking supplements isn't best idea as well.

I just like Sam as a person as well. So many people love watching these kinds of workouts he produces. He's a beast, unstoppable type of person, and that's how I feel too.

I can tell Sam is upping the intensity of each workout. If every time you workout you feel like you had the best set you’ve ever had then you are doing something by right.
I started my cut/diet about two months ago, quite literally a few days before yours. I had never seen you before my buddy got me onto your videos. I have to say watching your videos every day has pushed me to train harder and to failure and to push my cardio more and more. Sam, I had noticed you doing squars with your heels elevated, which is exactly what my trainer told me to do when I was getting ready for my show 20 years ago. They hit your quads more, so definitely a good call. Going to failure was really impressive and motivating. Literally dig leg day today and thought about how hard Sam goes on everything so I spammed hack squats until my arms were flailing out of pain. Immediately went to the squat rack and spammed RDL’s until I had to sit down in a pool of my own sweat. Can’t wait to do leg day again in two weeks. Thanks Sam!!

29 and have been hitting the gym and counting calories daily now. I have one or two break days during the week and do a PPL (push, pull, legs,) routine. Sam's videos have absolutely taught me a ton and keep me motivated for how i should be changing things. i have a very low fat % so i tend to stick to a dirty bulk until i can get to the point where its managable, so I don't have to eat like absolute shit. Thanks Sam and keep up your hard work, we all appreciate the hell outta you man.

Been following sam for a while now.....the world needs a show of fucken genuine hard work and reality of what's involved in this game....there's a reason why it's so fascinating and it resonates with alot of people living real life and trying to achieve such greatness...it's fucken admirable to say the least but so informative....maybe we needed to see actually how to and in real time to fucken gain muscle dude...im not saying follow him exactly but how beneficial is it to see someone actually giving it to you in 'real time' no fucken fancy wording or someone saying you have to do it this way?!!!the way he comes across Its applicable for a vast majority because the work is always there...he's teaching a hard truth that's not built into most of us...hate to sound cliche but bro is just doing his thing as a humble dude, and teaching the rest of us...I grab my fitness info from alot of sources but funnily enough Sam's my go to because it's so close to reality I love it... that's why he's got such a following

I can at least somewhat control the pain with lifting, never thought it would be my scene until I got in and started. 1 month in now and already seeing a difference in health every day that goes by, and straight away I’ve slimmed back up and started to gain muscle. Never been in this shape even after over a year of mma 👌🏻

Very beautiful seeing Sam Sulek reach true rep failure. Reaching true rep failure always ensures better gains. Long term muscle gains. The increase of either reps or weight over time patiently will allow you to grow more stronger muscles.
Squatting for example, Or bench pressing, are powerful methods of muscle mass increase mainly because you can increase weight or repping range/tempo on them for longer terms of your fitness developments. Not the easiest thing to max out a bench press weight capacity or squatting weight.

Natty or not, bulking is the best way to put on huge amounts of muscle. Several cuts and several bulks and you'll put on massive amounts of natural muscle if you have the genetics. That's one of the things most nattys never do. Not only do they have bad genetics, but they never bulk, and they never gain much size or strength at all, kind of sad to see. People vary a ton as a natty, hopefully you have very very good genetics for a natty like me. People always think my lifts and size are from steroids, but I obviously know they're not.
