Great bowl. Laughed when Lizzy said she needs locks everywhere including the fridge. That was me, when I visited my mum, first thing I did was look in the fridge lol
I love this project but I have made something similar but I needed to use 100% cotton only on fabric and batting to not have shrinkage or burning in a microwave oven. You can put it in a microwave oven with a bowl only if it is 100% cotton fabric and lining
Hello Abeygale, hope I don’t offend but you are using equilateral triangles, not isosceles. Equilateral means all three inside angles are 60 degrees. 😊😊😊
Just a note...the triangle with 3 equal sides and 3 60 degree angles is known as an ‘equilateral’ triangle. An isosceles triangle has two sides the same size, and the ‘flat’ base. Consequently, there will be two angles the same size, and the third, opposite the base, will be a different size.
Sorry me again, i tried making it last night and had a few issues. Where the triangles join together at the base it was really ruffled, where i placed the darts was i supposed to backstitch? When its finished u can see some of the stitches like its not tight enough. I dont know how to add pictures on the comments to show u what i mean x

Zoe Irving I would put it between the lining and outer fabric so when you turn it around it’s sticking out the top :)
